Nothing Is Small about this software! It has great power. Great quality, Easy to use, Many Features to give your digital publication the edge it needs. I love that we don't have to keep storage space and host ourselves. For this price I don't understand why anyone would want to host and publish themselves. I have never needed to contact customer service so I couldn't tell you if their customer service is good or not (This should speak as to the quality magazine you get. I'm going on 3+ years publishing many magazines weekly & never needed support)

This application is:
1) Easy to Use
2) Great quality
3) Easy rendering on computers & phones to flip through pages
4) Able to open on any platform without installing anything
5) Lots of Wonderful Features (Hyperlinking, Customizing to your desires)
6) I don't need to worry about my own disk space
7) Very reliable servers I do not believe I have ever seen this server down. So all the magazines we create are available whenever where ever!

The Improvements I would like to see:
1) Better processing of files (Sometimes I can't get a page or magazine to upload and it doesn't even tell me it erred out)
2) A little faster rendering after uploading the PDF to create a DMag sometime it takes some time. (Maybe need to dedicate more memory to speed up this process)

Great tool that I use for my own publications and I love that I can show my clients how to try it out!

So very easy to use and very fairly priced. The readers love the ease of use and I like being able to embed the link into web site.

I'd like the flip books to take up more of the space on the background.

Our team uses Flipsnack to streamline our sales team's catalog sharing, editing, updating, and referencing when selling new product into retail accounts. The catalog look & feel is familiar to the industry but the digital nature allows our team to update and adjust with nimble ease.

More capabilities regarding privacy, passwords, viewing history, etc. would be wonderful if added to the lower-priced tiers.

Great customer service, and user friendly! They respond to questions quickly, and have stepped up to provide solutions to educators during the epidemic.

I have not found any cons since they offered me a free crisis trial due to COVID. If they hadn't, it would have been price, because as a teacher I would be pulling from my own paycheck, however as I said they solved this, so there are no cons.

I do recommend this website - the pricing is fair, the digital catalogues are beautiful etc. and again, the customer service perfect.

The customer service is very helpful, I never saw something like this before. They are nice , quick, easy to understand and they have a really good sense of humor.

You need to get used to the website, click a little bit everywhere etc.... I don't have the patience but it is worth it to take the time.

I'd much rather it be possible to have no Flipsnack watermarks at all and be 1 Payment not double charge.

I build My magazine on Flipsnack the fact you can start your own magazine or book is cool I love what I can do.

Doesn't have a better price on prints it doesn't give you a print when you buy a copy you have to pay 2 times.

My overall experience with Flipsnack was nothing less than amazing and fun. I enjoyed and looked forward to creating and sharing my completed work with my students.

I liked the opportunity that Flipsnack allowed my students and myself to be creative and engaged. The students loved the idea of being able to see a book published with their ideas. They were very proud of their work and they wanted to show it off to other students and staff.

The cost is the only con that I have at this time.

Can't say enough good things. So glad I took the leap and invested in this service. It is def. an "add on" to my design services for my clients from realtors to direct mail and beyond.

Love the ease of use. I am a freelance graphic designer for "print", however the service is so super easy to use, anyone can become a flipbook pro in minutes. The customer service chat is on point and always available. BONUS!

Would love to see a flipbook package over 50 flipbooks. The next package is the "I can't afford this" price range. Many of my direct mail clients use this service and love having the links, not as much HTLM5 downloads yet, and a 50-100 flipbook package at a reasonable price would fit into my budget easily.

I love using this product to create well designed and engaging digital magazines. I highly recommend it.

I just like so much to insert videos in my workflow, it looks very professional and visual the work.

They can probably put different promotions per month.

The product has done everything it advertised. I think the best thing is that it is so easy while making a professional product.

I use the product at work to make quarterly magazine. In the magazine we have articles on topics related to case law as well as other pertinent subjects. We also put pictures of the employees involved in training etc. The product is easy to work with and on line help has been very helpful.

I have not encountered any real "cons". If I had to write something it may be that I wish u could preview the templets without having to close each one before viewing the next one.

So easy for readers to be able to read our newsletter. Most aren't familiar with navigating very complex things on the computer. This tool is just click and read! Nice!

Editing seems a bit cumbersome on previously published booklets, usually just recreate a new book and delete the previous.

Good and impressive tool for teaching and create excellent catchy materials or course contents for students. This made them to learn with much interest. Good and quick response from the team to help the users. Interesting platform to work with.

Good to have tool like this to create an innovative idea of our work to come into picture with beautiful animated one. The support has also been exceptional. Representatives have reached out to me numerous times to check in and see how everything is going...without me even emailing to ask questions! Pretty amazing. This has been an awesome product for the students in my classroom! Concepts of print are vital teaching younger students, and I was struggling to continue to reinforce them in the virtual setting with my students. Flipsnack has made it possible for me to continue reinforcing these basic concepts of print. I am able to upload PDFS quickly and turn them into books with page turning sounds/signals and am able to give my students the best virtual reading experience.

I have not explored enough or tried all the features to provide cons at this time. I have just been grateful for the service.
