    The overall program is great and can be tailored to your needs.
    I recommend using the sandbox as much as possible before implementation, it would have been easier for us if I had.

    I really like how customizable everything about the software is, from the reports that are generated, the tickets/labels printed, to the windows and labels within the software itself. Everything can be customized to say or do what you want.
    The support team is great as well, they are on it as soon as you need something!

    Negative

    Sometimes the customizing is a little bit much. The report developer tool is not very user friendly. The scanner is a bit slow and cumbersome, but that might be me, I prefer to print a list and check it off as I go.

    Flowtrac really is fully customizable, every feature that I have needed in order to have an accurate count and reporting for the State and other entities has been done.

    It can be scary switching to a new system not knowing what is to come, and for reports and will this product work.
