I love the OKR and KPI section of FlowyTeam. You can link task management to the OKRs and take action to achieve the KRs.

Can be a bit cumbersome to set OKRs if you are nit familiar with the OKR framework.

I like the CRM tool to follow up with leads. Recently we started to use the OKR tool which is quite helpful for all employees.

Our org uses FlowyTeam for HR and leave forms as well as for OKRs and KPIs. Very effective system.

We use also Asana, an integration would be good to pull some data.

Project management that is comparable with Asana, like the easy set up of FlowyTeam, smooth operations.

Better project management for better time and budget planning. Uploading for files is a real nice bonus.

Maybe visual project dashboard can be improved.

Very good, highly to recommend, specially the KPI system and reporting. I need to dig deeper into the 360 and reward system.

Can easily track my teams and my own performance, training no and sales. I like the reporting on the KPIs and the dashboards, easy via drag and drop to have the overview of the most important KPIs.

So far no complaints, I haven't used the other features of this software.

Since implementing FlowyTeam our HR process became much leaner and we don't have to chase reports from employees anymore.

No negative comment. Support teams always responds on time if there is a question from our side.
