Great reminders for emails
Date: Sep 12 2022SummaryWith FollowUp, I can remember everything. That one email that I was supposed to reply to two days ago but didn’t? It does not happen with this solution. I can easily set reminders to everything I want and easily reply to everything that needs to be replied whenever the software notifies me, and it does keep me entirely notified. I have never had issues with a missing notification and that is something that worried me in the beginning, as other tools that I had tried before did a poor job at delivering notifications on time, which caused me to be late on emailing responses to clients. This is not the case with this software, and it has always provided me with multiple reminders so I can make sure that I answer all the emails, and its automated process has been so helpful because I can focus my work on other tasks instead of having to make sure I write different emails throughout the day, I can just schedule them all at once and be done with this task, continuing to others that as important and more.
PositiveFollowUp is one of the easiest but most important solutions that I have tried. Some of my favorite aspects about this tool are the following:
1. Setting reminders is very easy and takes no longer than thirty seconds, it is very convenient when dealing with too many clients and there is not enough time to answer immediately, a reminder can be set up to ensure that the email is replied to later. This is a precious feature as I am dealing with many customers every day and I do not want to forget any important emails.
2. It does not only work as a solution to set reminders and make sure nothing is forgotten, it also helps with scheduling emails, hence the name of the software, it can schedule followup emails in case I have not received a response, and it saves me so much time because I do not have to be constantly updating or writing emails to people, but I can just schedule one to be set during an exact period of time, and if I receive a reply before the scheduled time, the scheduled followup will automatically be deleted without me having to do this manually. The automation in which this software works has helped me a lot and saved me the hassle of having to do everything on my own.
3. The solution is simple to use and has the right guides to help me understand how it works, the process of implementation was effortless and it did not require too much learning, I only had to practice with a few emails to figure out how to set the reminders and then it was all set. No previous knowledge required and it works marvelously.
4. It has many useful tools such as enabling the feature to know when someone has opened your email. This is a key tool because outside from this solution, I do not have access to knowing when someone has opened my emails, and so by having access to this feature, I can receive a notification when someone has opened it and I find this very necessary, especially when dealing with important clients, I can figure out when they opened my emails and keep track of it, and proceed to schedule a followup message accordingly if I have not received a reply in a timely manner. I find that this feature helps me plan all my emails in the right way and deal with clients in a more efficient way to improve communication and relationship with them.NegativeI have not found something that I specifically dislike or see as a downside to this software, in fact, I appreciate its helpfulness and the work it does. It is not a very expensive software, even though it is more expensive if billed monthly and that is why I choose the annual billing option, and it provides so many great tools that help have more efficiency and productivity when it comes to answering emails, it also does not feel limiting at all because the software does what it promises and nothing less or nothing more, it helps achieves the goals set and for me, it exceeded my expectations by providing even more tools than I previously thought it provided.
