Overall it's fine, except the customer support, everything is fine! Thank you so much Followersav for your work on two campaigns! We saw the song appear both times in the same playlist which has around 190,00 followers. Streams increased by around 3,000 on the song included in the playlist of the first campaign (the second is still ongoing so I don't have certain numbers yet) but even more I saw a cascade effect on the other songs in our catalogue. Super helpful and great to work with!!!

There is no good way to submit a ticket within the platform. I typically just send an email to our representative and support team and they automatically create one.

So far everything is fine which I love that Followersav is a one stop shop. They do it all and they do it well. Their communication is excellent and they continue to provide updates. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about their area of expertise. Customer support is also very friendly even though sometimes live chat waits for almost 30 minutes. Hopefully they can improve their customer support team in the future for live chat.

Sometimes the customer support service is a little slow form live chat during peak hours, it takes 20-30 minutes to reply but it's not too annoying for us.
