All around amazing. Starting with system adjustments all the way to attitude towards their clients which sets them really apart from other companies that we cooperated with.

Amazing and really extraordinary account management and technical support they are providing. Anytime we needed something they quickly responded and provided us with full support. We have been using their product since the start of our new vertical and I am blown away by their attitude and excellent service.

Sometimes issue with monthly subscription, but that was error on both sides, so not really something others might come across.

The installation process is going smooth and participation from all stakeholders is great and everyone is willing to help.

I like the simplicity of setting up or customize the process according to our needs and business requirements.

Preparation work needs to be planned better before configuring system.

I needed help to supply my Health Inspector with a HACCP Plan and the staff at FoodDocs made one for me.

The system is very easy to navigate and use. The customer support is excellent. The interface is easy to use.

None, that I can think of. It would be nice if it was free - but then the customer support is worth the cost on it's own!

First of all, the platform is awesome, so easy to begin and secondly is the customer service provided to facilitate proper HACCP plans and the appropriate forms required for compliance. Galina is amazing to work with!

The pros by far outweigh the cons, hence FoodDocs is the go-to solution for all our HACCP needs.

Love this product and the team behind it are so eager to please. Constantly working on your recommendations and they are so helpful with queries - even responding when they're on holiday! I highly recommend this product.

Having both the app and desktop version makes it easier for editing.
Monitoring Tasks is so easy!
Actually making any adjustments or additions is so easy. The team are so helpful that they even added in our records for us to save us time and get us up and running faster.
The layout designer is great!
The fact that the HACCP plan is prepopulated based on your products and processes is amazing. There's a lot of work in that.
The ease of use is something special. I have a team that is great at their jobs but not fantastic at any admin either on paper, on a computer or an app. They all understand it so quickly and have no problem implementing their tasks and even creating tickets etc.
The fact that an auditor can access the template and go ahead with checking the whole system in one place will save so much time. And the audit process is so simple.
Activity log is the heart of the system. It's so easy to find what you need and drill into.

Reports are a new section for them and they're working on it, so there's not a lot there right now.
Team / people section needs to have a little more functionality with regards to training records / matrix but I know they're working on that too.

Best decision so far this year to go to good docs. Very good platform to design to your business needs. The team is on the solving the problem straight away, answers emails in minutes time.

Strongly recommend FoodDocs, great service of professional and motivated team. The platform is rich with cool tricks and very comfortable to use even for a not IT geek like me. Go for it! Great value as well.

I was very surprised by the user friendliness of this program and was very happy with the chat support. This is the first time we have used a program such as this and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend using FoodDocs to create your HACCP Plan; it is efficient, accurate and overall easy to use.

- It creates a HACCP Plan for you fairly quickly with information provided by user.
- The chat support is always available and very helpful in queries.
- The program is laid out very well and is easy to follow.
- You can download your HACCP Plan immediately after created and you can edit and re-download again at any time.

- Better way to access / create supporting documents needed. Not sure if you have to pay more to access them.

Glad with the purchase! Would recommend it to everyone, especially if you start your first business.
