    All around amazing. Starting with system adjustments all the way to attitude towards their clients which sets them really apart from other companies that we cooperated with.

    Amazing and really extraordinary account management and technical support they are providing. Anytime we needed something they quickly responded and provided us with full support. We have been using their product since the start of our new vertical and I am blown away by their attitude and excellent service.

    Love this product and the team behind it are so eager to please. Constantly working on your recommendations and they are so helpful with queries - even responding when they're on holiday! I highly recommend this product.

    Where to start! It's all great!
    Having both the app and desktop version makes it easier for editing.
    Monitoring Tasks is so easy!
    Actually making any adjustments or additions is so easy. The team are so helpful that they even added in our records for us to save us time and get us up and running faster.
    The layout designer is great!
    The fact that the HACCP plan is prepopulated based on your products and processes is amazing. There's a lot of work in that.
    The ease of use is something special. I have a team that is great at their jobs but not fantastic at any admin either on paper, on a computer or an app. They all understand it so quickly and have no problem implementing their tasks and even creating tickets etc.
    The fact that an auditor can access the template and go ahead with checking the whole system in one place will save so much time. And the audit process is so simple.
    Activity log is the heart of the system. It's so easy to find what you need and drill into.

    Negative

    Reports are a new section for them and they're working on it, so there's not a lot there right now.
    Team / people section needs to have a little more functionality with regards to training records / matrix but I know they're working on that too.
