There are no major cons to mention from my experience. The system has been reliable and consistent in day to day cafe operations.

They always respond on time if we do not understand how to use the system. Initially we had to contact them but now we are well versed with their system.

We get many advantages of using their system. We use their website, mobile app as well as QR code. They also provide separate QR for each table which was our basic requirement.

Nothing specific as we have been using system for more than 6 months now and there is no single complain yet.
