    Summary

    Overall it has been a fantastic product for us here at D2L. The team is very easy to work with and is responsive to our requests & items to address on a daily/weekly basis.

    I fully recommend Forethought!

    Overall, Forethought as a company has been very easy to work with & is engaged to ensure our success with the tool and our use case.

    The product itself has seen multiple enhancements & improvements (Discover,Solve) that have a meaningful impact.

    It has also been an affordable solution for us over the past few years.

    Negative

    For our use case it did take some time and dev cycle iterations to get to a state that we were happy with the overall solution and back-end configuration. Reporting took some time to get to a point of ease of use & self service.

    current CSAT/user feedback analysis is slow based on our volume. Could use an additional AI layer for sentiment analysis.
