What is Fusuli?
Running an Islamic institute should not require separate spreadsheets for learners, timetables, attendance, lesson notes, invoices, and teacher hours. Fusuli (formerly Al-Ibiewi LMS) brings those daily operations into one secure service designed around how Quran schools, madrasahs, Arabic programmes, and Islamiyyah centres actually teach.
After an academy creates its branded portal, directors can process applications, organise families and staff, build individual or Halaqah schedules, declare school holidays, review attendance, oversee tutor workload, publish announcements, release academic documents, and reconcile fees. Paystack handles platform billing, while the parent-fee workflow records invoices and confirmed payments.
The teaching record follows Islamic pedagogy instead of forcing Quran learning into a generic course-completion model. Tutors document Sabaq, Sabqi, and Manzil/Muraja'ah; choose Surah and Ayah ranges; note Tajweed issues; rate performance; and leave feedback. Arabic and Islamic Studies lessons have their own topic records. Every group participant can receive an individual outcome.
Separate experiences keep each role focused. A tutor opens today's sessions and meeting rooms, a learner checks assignments and joins class, and a parent moves between children to review progress, messages, reports, report cards, and bills. Text conversations, pictures, voice notes, homework, notices, and browser alerts keep families informed.
Al-Ibiewi runs in a browser on phones and computers and is installable as a PWA. Academies may connect Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams; add portal and trial-booking tools to WordPress; or embed booking forms on other sites. Tenant boundaries and role permissions prevent one school or unauthorised user from seeing another academy's records.

A Smart and Convenient LMS for Online Islamic Academies
Updated: Oct 15 2026SummaryIt's been a really helpful experience. Keeping track of students, checking attendance, arranging classes with tutors, and following up on payments is much easier. The automated reminders are also useful because there's less need to message everyone individually. It saves a lot of time and makes running an online academy less stressful.
PositiveI really like how fast and smooth the platform is. The interface is beautiful, and everything is easy to find. I also love how it brings everything together in one place, making it much easier to manage an online academy without having to do everything on WhatsApp. It brings student management, tutor scheduling, attendance tracking, payments, and live classes together in one place
NegativeI could have Said the stress of filling in student details but the developers offer that as a service
