The broker did its job on a decent level. Execution, payments, support of course, everything was what I wanted in my trading. The same I can say for asset selection, the most popular cfd market, didn’t need anything else.

Support service that is really supportive. I mean it’s not just robots that give the same answers like I can find in FAQ section, but professionals who can answer trading related questions and handle challenging situations.
Another pro, how straightforward the platform is. I didn’t get stuck in the labyrinths, connecting to my mt4 terminal right away.

Not best spreads on standard account and maybe lack of other non-MT platforms too.

Clean, precise, and they save across sessions everything on the desktop. Finally a platform that doesn't make technical analysis feel like a chore, at all. It's like an art form here, for myself.

As someone who relies heavily on Fibonacci retracements and harmonic patterns, the drawing tools here are the best I've used.

Trading app could be improved, the MT4 one feels a bit generic.

I’ve traded only with expert advisors there. All conditions for that to be honest. Idk how other strategies would work, but how I traded, was a great experience from all sides!!

Trading conditions and infrastructure. Nice ECN account with a good commission and execution. Metatrade4, outdated in interface, but still relevant in terms of customization and community support. Trading processes were organised without delays. It’s always a positive for any broker.

I think the platform would be a problem. If you’re not familiar with mt4 or don’t like it, you’re done! And the small one is a little bit annoying with card verification with all these photos and information to fill in…

Of course, I started with not big money. Deposited enough money so that I could start testing myself in real trading conditions. Did indices and shares. I think it was a good decision to join them. Liked mt4, and decided to deposit more. Spreads are fine to me. easy to spot trends. Currently tuning my setups. If patterns get confirmed, I'm gonna write my own scripts and hopefully get those who'd purchase them.

They offer mt4 - some might argue it's a drawback they're limited to just one metatrader platform, but to me mt4 is the only platfrom you need to do trading. It's the standard.

I didn't like they made me wait when I sent them a couple of my requests about my accounts. I think the broker should work on that.

I recall how bad I was at the beginning when I joined 2 years ago, but now I’ve become better as a trader. My advice is keep in mind that every chart is neutral until you project emotions on it. Then it becomes a trap. Learn to see what you see on charts, not to feel.

Power bonus of 40% on deposit was appealing, so I couldn’t decline this offer, ofc I read all the terms and conditions and there was nothing suspicious. Just usual rules, no weird requirements like to trade more than 100 lots and so on. Also, the PMAM account is a real cheat code, I undervalued it, but after using it in practice, I changed my mind. It helps me to manage my positions faster, as a scalper I appreciated it.

Well, I think I won’t be tired of mentioning this like other users, they should add the mt5, it’s not normal to have only the mt4 in your toolkit. Take it into consideration please.

2 years and still there. There was a reason of course. I open my trades. If it works, get my withdrawals by credit card. Nothing complicated, they set a good environment for simple trading which I much appreciated.

The main advantage is the quality work of all important systems. The platform, deposit and withdrawals, order processing or the extent that support helps. All was designed and implemented, so I faced no major flaws.

In comparison to some other platforms I’ve seen, not the big range of features. Not the best assets selection and additional ways of investing, like copy trading for example that they used to have btw.

Regarding my experience, I can say everything is pretty good here. I’m focused on trading in the stock market. Luckily, Fxcess offers a wide range of shares for trading.

I was using high leverage for a long period of time during all my trading journey but couldn’t understand why every time I was losing my money. Then I read their article “How Excessive Leverage Can Lead to Significant Losses in Forex?” in the blog section, and ya know what?! It literally blew my mind, the way they explained all the nuances of using high leverage changed my mind by 180 degrees. Now I started trading with more tight risk management and I don’t lose profits anymore.

Yeah, their blog section is good but it seems they could improve something in their educational content. For example, they can add video lessons or start holding online webinars every week. I’m pretty sure it will add points to their reputation.

Used the demo account for a while and got used to conditions and spreads, and moved on to the real account and the spreads are the same, appreciate the honesty

Conditions for trading are solid, the spreads and leverage, and you get mt4 which is a standard solid platform for any typa trading

Felt myself comfortable with the platform and their trading conditions. Currently shift my focus to 1 min forex trading based on rsi and price action patterns (thanks trading central) It works and so far it works, my cooperation with fxcess too.

Commission on ecn account, only $4.5, lower than I saw on other platforms. In addition to that, integrating trading central was definitely a worthy idea. My TA, in which all my trading is basically based on, improved much.

More payment methods should be included. Wouldn’t be against having free vps, with my deposit. Like vip perks and smth just like this.

MT4 was a bit hard to set up and use for me the first time, not beginner friendly

Using software for almost a year, it definitely lives up to its name as the most hardcore retail trading imaginable. You will be learning more than you expected, thats for sure. I would say the quality is there, I just wish it was explained more clearly at the very beginning.

In terms of trading, it has more than everything. MT is hardcore. I couldnt find some order types., but they can be downloaded with addons, externally, for free, all of them.

Ease of use is not there. First of all, Fxcess doesn't teach you anything about the software. You're relying on your own knowledge/youtube/guides/documents inside MT.

I started keeping a trading journal where I write all my emotions, entries, exits and mistakes. It’s cheaper than therapy. xD And probably more honest, I’m not lying to myself, when I want to do something silly again, I just open a journal and read what happened last time.

The broker is real and they live up to their name, the platfrom is easy to use, customer service was fast in assisting when I had issues and pricing model on spread are fair enough, they’re not the best in market, but the fact that they’re not widening without reasons it’s good.

There aren’t enough advanced tools on mt4, I’d like to see their proprietary mobile app or something like that, maybe even interaction with tradingview.

Even though it's a simple platform, for forex trading it's a great fit. The range of currencies is standard, the leverage is amazing which allows me to scale the position to max when a high-probability setup occurs. This high leverage paid off many times for me. I was able to grow a relatively small account of $200 to $1000 in two weeks but trading only forex

The market range is okay and the leverage of 1000x is a big plus for forex traders who want more flexibility

For half a year used this mainly, programming my own EAs and seeing how other people do their stuff. Profitability dependso n the market conditions, not just the quality of the robot you've constructed to trade, but mine performed well on stocks this year - from the rebound in April, all the way to September.
Not sure how my strat would perform in a full-on bear market though, but thats not a slight to Fxcess in either case.

has decent tools, mt, and all the instruments I would want - forex, metals, indices, commodities, futures, shares.. Also supports pmam I guess if you're into that, I'm not though.
The software itself, top, much better than bootlegged platforms many companies resort to for whatever reasons.

Not many extra features, aside from the main soft. Also, no futures or options, so if you watn to explore beyond the cfd safe zone, you cant here.
