I am very unhappy with my experience. I feel that their product fails to live up to what they boast, their customer service is extremely poor. I've since found a LARGE group of disaffected users complaining of very similar experiences, all of them convinced that it is deliberate. I wish I had known in advance, before I sent them a lot of money for a product that is worth nothing.

I would give this less than one star if I could.

I purchased their premium settings as well as VIP service. It was concerningly easy to give them my money.

I ran the algorithm on the exact same currency pairs they boasted record profits on their website, over the exact same time interval. It never once turned a profit, while they posted amazing profits on their website.

I reached out for support and was told to lengthen the time interval/window in Metatrader, which I did. It still failed to produce any profits despite running on the same intervals and pairs that they listed it being profitable.

I asked for a refund stating that it was not performing as advertised, and they refused.

Scam company offers nothing but threats. And refuses to give anyone a refund after they find out it is trash.

Nothing they sell a very stupid robot which only works when you constantly adjust the settings. Furthermore they will attack customers with empty claims of legal action for requesting a refund after being scammed by them.

I wanted a refund and they fought me tooth and nail.

When i asked for refund after 4 days they refused. When i said i will "tell" the world they sent complain to the police arguing i try to blackmail them.

Insane.

Trading robot that is losing 90% of the time has no pros.

Poor product... not meet their presentations... they have three "strategies" ... none of them work as you expect from a trading robot with 90% losing trades.
