Nothing is buggy, tech support doesn't send it to hell, the control panel is clear. The service fee is charged only for the traffic, that is used, for me, this is a huge advantage when you don't pay for the extra.

There was a problem with forced redirection to HTTPS. It didn't work for some sites and gave an error. It took me two days to play around with it, but just one call to the tech support solved the problem.
