I have an ecommerce with different regional versions, in USA, EU and APAC. I was looking for a tool to just prompt my customers to the site of the location they were at. I just needed to install a HTML code, it works great and once installed you don't need to worry about it. They also have another product that allows you to generate one single link and when people open, based on IP, they get to a different page! They also have a very friendly support team :)

Simple service, well as long as it works.

Having received complaints from my customers that my website does not work, I logged in to Geo Targetly just to see a message that the short URL gtly.to which I have been using on my live business website is not working and I need to change that to a different one. I am amazed that they just displayed a message in their portal and did not communicate this to their customers transparently. Every missed hit to my site is a potential loss to my business. I wrote to them asking for clarification and not response whatsoever. Very irresponsible, unprofessional. Never seen this before. I'm moving away to another provider.
