I use GetQR for my nonprofit fundraising materials. The analytics help us identify which campaigns really resonate. Undeniably powerful, I did have to spend about 15 minutes exploring the dashboard to fully grasp the workflow.

Once you understand the platform, it's incredibly powerful. The dynamic QR codes and the associated scan analytics have given me insights I didn't have prior to this.

The initial onboarding process could do a better job highlighting what the key difference is between static and dynamic codes.

I used templates to spin up event sponsor codes, and the visual consistency across materials cut revision cycles. The templates saved hours compared to building each code from scratch and allowed us to launch on short notice. Presets for sizes would be handy, but templates are already a major help.

Starter templates provide a fast, brandable base for campaign codes, which makes launching small promos much faster than designing from scratch. Palette suggestions are very helpful.

Adding export presets for common badge or label sizes would eliminate the need for designers to do a manual resize, thus speeding print production further.

For retail promotions, I rotated offers and updated landing pages remotely. That kept store collateral the same, and also gave us the ability to update messaging quickly. The scan history remained intact, and comparing runs was pretty straightforward.

With dynamic codes, I could make sure promotional landing pages rotated weekly without having to touch any printed materials. Analytics preserved continuity so I could compare week-over-week performance reliably.

I generated QR codes that linked to class project pages. With GetQR, I was able to change the links as students submitted new materials. The interface was a little finicky, but I had to double-check the colors it exported. Still, the feature to change links post-print was really useful and made it a lot easier to manage multiple projects.

Basic editor allows adding of logos, borders, and color schemes with enough flexibility for classroom projects, and exported codes scan reliably in print or digital format.
