High-res exports look professional
Date: Feb 25 2026SummaryI required codes for conference signage that would be printed at poster size. get QR delivered an SVG that scaled perfectly at every size. Tested the code scanning from across the room and it scanned instantly.
PositiveDownloaded the QR code as an SVG and it scaled perfectly for a large event banner. The colors were sharp, the logo was clear, and the code scanned easily from several feet away, even at this size.
NegativeThe PNG export could use a few more resolution options so you're not guessing the size for each print option.

Useful but the learning curve surprised me
Date: Mar 13 2026SummaryUsed it to make QR codes for a client to put on their window decals. The final product looked great, but I spent more time than I'd have liked to get the hang of the initial set up. Once I got past that, everything worked out nicely.
PositiveOnce I figured out the dashboard the whole process was smooth. Custom colors, logo placement, and dynamic link editing all worked as expected. The SVG export came out clean and printed beautifully on vinyl stickers.
NegativeThe initial set up wasn't as intuitive as I expected. Took a few minutes of clicking around to get the hang of how to navigate the sections.

Quick setup for workshop registration
Date: Jan 29 2026SummaryI host monthly workshops and use GetQR for registration. I create posters with codes that link to our registration form, and when a workshop is full, I simply redirect to the waitlist. The codes look very professional with our branding. It tells me which marketing channels send the most scans. Very easy to implement and has been working perfectly for six events now.
PositiveDesigned branded QR codes for posters of our workshops that link to our registration form. Dynamic functionality allowed me to easily switch to a waitlist form once the spots were filled. Download quality is superb for both online and offline use.
NegativeCould perhaps use a few more options for shapes or frames to make the codes pop on busy event posters, but what they have is sufficient.

Organized all our property listings
Date: Apr 10 2026SummaryI own twelve rental units, and every property is associated with a GetQR code on the yard sign with pictures, descriptions, and applications. Once the property is rented out, I simply redirect the code to the next vacant listing. This way, I won’t have to print new signs repeatedly.
PositiveGenerated personalized QR codes for every rental ad, directing customers to virtual tours and applications. As the link was dynamic, I could switch places without having to print new flyers. Analytics helped track which ads were attracting the highest traffic.
NegativeA solution to save expired codes without deleting them would help to maintain the dashboard’s cleanliness, while also retaining all scan data and analytics for expired listings.

Branded codes for patient check in
Date: Feb 12 2026SummaryTo be honest, I simply required something that would look pretty on a check-in sheet, plus it wouldn't fall apart when we updated from our previous provider. GetQR did that. Dynamic codes meant there were no reprint costs, plus it showed the docs it was working. Job done!
PositiveCustomizing colors and adding our own clinic logo made those QR codes look great and professional for print media, while the SVG files retained crispness, and scan analytics even showed us that people were using our self-check-in link.
NegativeThe presets all looked slightly corporate, and I had to poke around to find the right export option for our printer.

Perfect for weekly cocktail menu swaps
Date: Feb 17 2026SummaryI change the cocktail menu every Thursday. Every Thursday, the QR code on the table remains functional because it is dynamic. That is the review. I export a PNG, test it with bar lighting, and that is it. GetQR makes this seamless, and the scan information is a nice surprise to see which nights people actually scan the menu 😊
PositiveCustomizing the brand was easy to integrate with our bar's design, and high-resolution downloads remained sharp on laminated table cards. The analytics revealed which nights had the most scans.
NegativeI would like more contemporary frame designs, and the analytics page could better highlight your most successful codes.

Been solid for gym membership tracking
Date: Jan 19 2026SummaryAt my gym, we use GetQR for membership cards – all members have a card with a special code that relates to their account. I can change what links to these codes as I implement new features for my customers. These codes are professional and easy to scan at a sign-in station. Analytics allowed me to see what digital services my customers use and don’t use. It was easier to get started than I thought, and customer service was helpful when I had a question.
PositiveDynamic code membership cards enable me to link members to various web pages while we refactor our systems. High resolution PNG images reproduce well when printed to plastic cards. Analytics help me identify the members actively using the online functionality that we advertise.
NegativeNavigation in between various code projects may be slightly improved when one is dealing with dozens of active codes in various membership levels.

Changed how we handle seasonal menus
Date: May 05 2026SummaryOur head chef updates the specials constantly and getQR makes it painless to keep up. I manage the codes and haven't had to reprint a single table card in four months.
PositiveUpdating the linked PDF through the dashboard means our table QR codes stay the same while the menu behind them changes weekly. That alone has saved us hours and printing costs every month.
NegativeI'd appreciate the ability to schedule link changes in advance. Right now I have to remember to log in and update the URL manually every time the chef finalizes the new menu.

PositiveScan tracking is really helpful, and the dashboard is great at displaying location and time information. It helped me see which posters were really getting views.

Perfect for our restaurant menus
Date: Feb 25 2026SummaryWe changed to digital menus a month ago, and getQR made the process seamless. Customers scan the code, and the menu pops right up, and I can change items or prices without having to reprint a single thing.
PositiveCreated a QR code that directly links to our digital menu and it looks fantastic with our logo right in the middle. The high-resolution download was perfect so that it printed well on the table tents without any blur.
NegativeWould be awesome if there was a feature to see how the code would look on a print material such as a menu or a sticker before downloading.

Good core features, navigation needs work
Date: Feb 17 2026SummaryHonest truth? I almost didn't finish the setup process because I couldn't locate the analytics tab. But once a colleague showed me where it was, it all clicked into place. Used it for a veterinary clinic's post-visit care instructions. Dynamic codes allow us to change seasonal allergy information without having to reprint pamphlets. The service is great; the path to it could use improvement.
PositiveDynamic QR codes and analytics are a great pair, and the exports are always of high quality whether it's for digital or print use. The actual code creation is also quick and accurate.
NegativeSome important options are a pain to locate without clicking around, and the navigation could be more user-friendly for first-time users.

Runs our entire check-in process now
Date: Apr 14 2026SummaryWe ditched the paper sign-in sheet and replaced it with a single get QR code on a stand at reception. Visitors love it, the data is cleaner, and I can pull attendance reports in seconds instead of squinting at handwriting.
PositiveSet up a QR code at the front desk that links to our digital check-in form. Visitors scan, fill out their info on their own phone, and we get a notification instantly. No more clipboards, no more illegible handwriting to decode.
NegativeBeing able to customize the landing page that appears after scanning, even with just a welcome message and logo, would elevate the check-in experience further.

Clean interface and solid customization
Date: Apr 20 2026SummaryI create codes for a couple of local restaurants as well, and now GetQR is an integral part of my work. My codes are not only unique but are aligned with the branding of the establishment 👍
PositiveThe editor gives you real control over dot shape, color gradients, and logo placement without making things complicated. Every design I've made has looked polished and on-brand right away.
NegativeMore pre-built templates would speed things up for quick projects. Right now I'm building every code from a blank canvas, which is fine but adds time when I'm working on multiple clients.

Functional but could use more templates
Date: Jun 11 2026SummaryThe tool works and output is reliable for document tracking codes. More design options would push it further, but core functionality meets the standard.
PositiveExisting templates produce clean, scannable codes and customization covers the basics. Download quality in PNG and SVG formats met my professional standards.
NegativeMore template variety, especially for industries outside retail and food, would be helpful.

Made my first QR code in under five minutes
Date: Apr 14 2026SummaryI needed a code for a flyer promoting our weekend open house and getqr delivered quickly. Printed it at poster size and every phone in the room scanned it on the first try
PositiveFrom account setup to downloading a finished code, the whole thing was remarkably fast. I customized the colors, added a logo, and exported a high-res PNG without hitting a single snag.
NegativeA short onboarding walkthrough or guided tour of the dashboard would help brand-new users get oriented faster, especially if they haven't used a QR platform before

Easy music promotion
Date: Jan 29 2026SummaryI'm promoting my band's concerts and using GetQR codes on our posters around the city. When presale was over, I simply changed the link to general admission tickets without needing to reprint the posters. The codes are dope with our album art included, and I can see which areas scan the most to target for future concerts.
PositiveIncluded album art and colors in the QR codes for concert posters. Dynamic codes allow me to change links from presale to general ticket sales without needing to reprint posters. SVG downloads are scalable for large format venue posters.
NegativeCould use more templates that are music or entertainment related, but overall customization options are sufficient to create professional codes from scratch.
