The GetResponse team is quick to respond to email or messages when I have questions. I love the AI website creator. I have tried a LOT of platforms that do part or most of what GetResponse does. GetResponse is the most comprehensive in terms of functionality. Meanwhile the entire system is very intuitive and easy to use... Which is great. I don't need to hire help to get things done and have it look amazing. Another essential they deliver, is first-in-class email delivery rates! :D

I hope they soon add a feature that allows me to set up an affiliate sales model with tracking and automatic payouts etc.

I really like the service and feature the GetResponse offers, especially the auto responder is making my business very successful.

They have a really good customer support. My question get answered right away when I sent chat messages.

It get bit pricey as my list grows, but other than that, I am very satisfied so far.

I love the unlimited landing pages, templates and for sure the automation builder which is included in the Plus plan, which is relatively inexpensive compared to others. I loved the tips and tricks it has because it helps you to get more familiar with the system.

It's easy to set up. I loved the 30 day free trial because it didn't ask me for a credit card info. After I tried it, I ended up getting the membership.

No cons so far, I've loved every single feature it has.

This is the main disadvantage I want to tell that is, cannot upload or import same list in 2 different accounts...
Say for example if I use 2 accounts with GetResponse then I can able to upload in anyone account only...this is the minus thing I want to tell.

Overall I would say that is a pretty good tool and helps a lot in running any online business but can be even better.

I really liked the sales funnel and landing page builder feature. The best I saw was that all feature are .i.e. when I build the sales funnel I did not need to look for a website or landing page builder or when I want to run ads there also not much, if I want to schedule a meeting with a client no problem I can do it with the webinar feature. So, in a nutshell I would say it's an all in 1 tool that boosts sales to next level.

The only thing I didn't likes was the pricing. The free trial can be extended and the some more could be added for free users like sales funnel and ads. Although the UI is good enough but I think can be improved to provide a better user experience.

Instructions on how to use is simple and helpful for new people just getting into the business. I appreciate companies like GetResponse for those in need.

Affordability is what attracted me to GetResponse and that up to 500 contacts are provided. The support is tremendous and extremely helpful in any concerns.

It would be preferable if more than 500 contacts would be increased to perhaps 1000.

I love to watch my e-mail list grow. GetResponse has created a steady stream of returning customers. I have noticed that the automated, personalized messaging system has helped me to develop a reputation for being a friendly, thoughtful, diligent business owner.

That I didn't use GetResponse sooner! I think of all the time and energy I spent attempting to stay organized and connected to my clients. It used to feel like a burden, now I consider it an exciting part of my job.

My overall experience with GetResponse is been amazing and I am going to stick with it, so here is the thing before using GetResponse I have tried a lot of other autoresponders but what I find is this autoresponder has a better deliverability rate compare to the other what I have used so far.

I am completely in love with GetResponse, since I started using this my deliverability has gone to the roof. Highly recommend.

I wish they give you trial period for more than 30 days.

GetResponse has created a platform that provides an ease of use for all users/customers who desire to grow their business, grow an engaging audience and to increase sales. The members area is understandable, easy to navigate and customer service chat is stellar. GetResponse also provides news updates pertaining to the emerging tools and services they offer.

If there must be a con or an area of improvement for GetResponse it would be in the pricing per contact. Although the powerful marketing solutions that are provided such as: marketing automation, website builder, email autoresponders, unlimited capture pages, webinar software and funnels increase as the number of contacts increase, so does the price. Even though nothing compares to GetResponse marketing tools and customer service, unfortunately for price conscious customers it can potentially cause them to go to a subpar service and miss out on the robustness GetResponse offers.

Able to do what I need for now. The price for the product is great. Still figuring things out on this product.

I like that I can create an email quickly to send. It is easy to preview and set up before sending out.

I don't like that I cannot have a subscribe button to auto load individuals from social media posts. I am a pastor and would like the community to have an opportunity to subscribe.

I loved how GetResponse enables the automated algorithm that helps to create a subscriber profile based marketing campaign. It offers limitless customizations in the dashboard, email interface and landing pages. Overall, I suggest the GetResponse tool if you want a reliable email marketing tool that can work even with bulk users.

They are lots of things I liked about GetResponse but the best one is its " customer base management " it helps to handle a large number of subscribers. Its email client is robust. A theme section is available to customize the interface of campaign emails.

Never face any major issues while using the GetResponse platform.

It has been a real pleasure learning to use this platform. I expected to be tearing my already thinning hair out for months and months, but that did not happen. As I said, I like the ease of use and the learning tools. Awesome, guys!

I love all the different options for building lists and tagging and categorizing. I crazy for list! I feel like they help keep my thought process more organized. Segmenting is much easier than I expected, and I am ABSOLUTELY NOT TECH SAVVY! I appreciate, as well, the little tutorials on creating your first Rotator. Again, it was much easier to do than I expected.

The only thing I wish you had on here is a feature that, when I "delete" someone from my account, they are actually deleted, not just sort of hidden on another page.

I am really enjoying this one.... Already shared with my peer group and asked them to sign up... I am sure it will help them too.

I am absolutely a non tech person running my website and online practice. GetResponse platform is amazingly easy to use, no tech knowledge required.

Okay first off I still really don't know what I'm doing, but thanks to GetResponse I know a heck of a lot more than I did. If there was something I should've been doing and wasn't, I would get an email telling me about it and letting me know that they would walk me through it if I didn't understand it. I absolutely didn't know what I was doing, but got plenty of help from everybody at GetResponse, it was really easy to join, and they have an enormous amount of features.

Well just between you an me, I can't come up with any cons but it's still early and I'm sure in time I might be able to come up with one.

My overall experience has been great as I went from a copy paste marketer to I feel like a email master.. and now I have more free time with this ease of use, and all in one stop shop.

I like the ease of use.. also everything you need to grow is built in from landing pages to automation and responders. GREAT WAY to level up you marketing game. The primary home page is great too.. already has the widgets for analytics and things you look for right in front of you.. layout is great.

There isn't anything at this point I can say I don't like.
