Overall I had a good experience with Gmail as it allowed me to explore additional products offered by Google Workspace. Gmail integrated notes and Reminders work perfectly well with Mobile apps and Sync is great. Overall I would always recommend Gmail for primary email storage.

Gmail is secure, simple to use with a user-friendly interface. It includes several useful features.What I like most about Gmail is that it's convenient and easy to make an email and start receiving messages from contacts. I also like being able to customize the theme in the background of my inbox. It has a lot of features.

There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.

Gmail is the most user friendly email I have used in my professional career. I love how many features the platform provides its users.

The biggest pro to Gmail is how many people in the professional world use it. It makes cross usage easy as most professionals know how to use the platform.

This software helps me to manage my formal communications and it's embedded apps like Gmeet helps me to schedule my meetings and discussions well.

The best thing is that it comes with a unique Gmail I'd where a user can send any type of documents, information, media with the helps of end user's Gmail id.
There are so many additional apps that are attached with Gmail like Gmeet, Google Chat where you can use them accordingly.

Nothing is said to be less useful about this software.

Management of emails is a little cumbersome on gmail.

Overall this is the email to use. It is current, and Google suite is awesome. Give this email a chance, you will not look back.

Gmail just has the best look and best organization settings in an email program. I have been using the program for 10 years and have no plans on switching email providers.

If you have multiple emails, they will make you a collective inbox which can be confusing, but you can switch to primary at any time.

Very simplistic design that works well. Has many different options for sorting emails and filtering. Allows you to set up how you want your emails displayed along with what background you would like. Support is very responsive and it is a free service as well.

Some emails can get put into categories that they should not be in due to the filtering algorithm.

Like many users, I’ve been using Gmail for over 10 years. The service has consistently been amazing, and I can’t find much of anything to complain about. It’s friendly, fast, and useful. If I could change one thing, I would update the interface, as it’s been the same for many years. For being free though, Gmail is excellent.

There isn't anything that I can think of for a con for Gmail.

Overall, Gmail is my go-to email service provider. A single gmail address can be used to login to almost all sites on the internet. Sending emails and files are very straightforward. The storage facility and cloud integration with all other GSuite apps are also very convenient.

Gmail is very easy to use and intuitive. You get 15 GB of storage space, which is a lot. None of my gmail accounts have ever come close to half of the space, so I've never seen the need to upgrade. I love the categorization options. You can easily add tags and categories to your emails and even configure them so that mails from a particular email address is stored only under those categories. I also love the interface; you can customize the themes and color schemes to your liking. The best part is that you can easily access or link to your files in other GSuite apps like Google Docs, Sheets or Slides, or Drive, which has been so helpful for me. There are also easy integrations between many other apps, like Google Meet, or Classroom. Gmail also provides an easy way to login to most social websites, so essentially a gmail id is all you need to access almost any website on the internet that asks for an authorization. Sending mails to individuals or groups are also simple. The draft option is also another favorite of mine, since everything is saved real-time, so nothing is lost even if your device freezes while writing an email.

While it offers cool configuration options, the AI algorithm isn't perfect in categorizing you mails as Promotions, Social, or Primary. The same sender can be seen across all three categories, which can be annoying. I was also a little surprised to see literally ALL of my activity of google recorded, even from years before. While it is included in Google's Terms and Agreements, many do not know of this fact, and it can be creepy when you find out Google has been tracking you all this while. The spam filter isn't efficient and has a lot of room for improvement.

Overall, it is a great software. Definitely recommend. Take advantage of the features that they provide to manage your inbox!

Both the mobile app and web interface are great. I even can connect other email addresses to my Gmail account. Great features to organize your inbox as well.

I wish there was some way that I could back up my mailbox!

Worthwhile email platform for any business, large or small. Lots of great features that are easy to use. Can't imagine using a different platform for email.

2. Customizable labels & folders that keep my mail organized, # of labels and folders are unlimited
3. Gmail AI is pretty good at registering what is important mail & what isn't
4. Can use my accounts to create accounts for tons of other platforms
5. Lots of additional cool features: delay email, grammar check, auto-complete of sentences, emojis.
6. Setting away messages is easy and intuitive

I honestly can't think of any massive cons, the worst one is their support...you will never speak to someone stateside.

Gmail is the most easy to use, secure and convenient web-mail for personal usage. While using it with the Google Suite brings out its best, even as a standalone application Gmail holds its crown.
