What is GoMatters?

You have the option to either create a unified Group for your whole organization or to establish separate Groups designed for individual departments within the organization. If you find yourself working alongside multiple organizations, it is wise to create distinct Groups for each one, which promotes organized management of your organization’s resources through a single application that is accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms. By associating contacts with specific matters, you can easily retrieve information and address any conflicts that may arise. Matter Contact records are seamlessly incorporated into the Matter record, allowing you to view all relevant Contacts in one convenient spot. Additionally, calendars can be synchronized with Matters through calendar events, providing users with the ability to see all events related to a Matter within the Matters app, thereby reducing the necessity of switching between various calendars and increasing efficiency in managing court dates and appointments. Moreover, tasks can be tied to Matters to effectively monitor deadlines and limitation dates. Once tasks are completed, they are removed from your active to-do list, but a comprehensive history of each Task remains accessible in the Matter record, ensuring that you have a thorough understanding of all activities linked to each Matter. This cohesive system not only boosts organizational efficiency but also supports effective oversight of various responsibilities throughout the organization, ultimately leading to improved productivity and streamlined workflows.
