We are happy with the communication excellence that we have had thanks to this platform, we can communicate through direct messaging with a specific contact but we can also communicate in a group, communication has really improved throughout my company thanks to this platform.

Google Chat is a very good service when it comes to communicating with your work team, it is a fairly complete platform that offers advanced tools to communicate openly, during my experience I do not tell you those positive things such as:

- Google Chat has a tool to send emoticons Within each message, you can send all the emoticons you want without any limitations; This helps make communication more interactive and fun with your work team.

- Google Chat and it also has an excellent multimedia messaging service, and you cannot send all kinds of images and videos in a matter of minutes, all Videos are uploaded immediately and can be sent to your work team in a fluid way, images are also shared in original quality.

- Google Chat has an excellent application for mobile devices, which allows you to send messages within any work team from your cell phone, you can join several work teams and communicate with each of them from the phone.

- The notification system works great, it sends you notifications when it has been mentioned within a Chat channel, it also sends you notifications when a new attachment has been sent within a channel in which you are integrated.

Google Chat provided a significantly good experience within my company, however, I also noticed several negative things about this platform, such as:

- The general interface of Google Chat can be a bit basic for some people, it is an interface that cannot be modified, the design that it has cannot be modified by users, there is no way to customize the interface to the user's taste, this is a real negative point that can cause discomfort for some users.

- You cannot make video calls or calls within the Chat channels, within Google Chat you can only send attachments and instant messages, you cannot make a video call with your team.

I love using google chat to stay in contact with my team as well as being able to connect with external parties as well.

If you are a google house you have to use google chat! Help your teams stay in touch and be more productive. Faster responses than going through email.

The only con with this is if you are a Microsoft house then you wont like g chat because you have teams. I use both

Overall, I think the tool is extremely useful, and would highly recommend to any team looking to improve communication.

This is great for internal communications between individuals and teams. And I love that you have the option to have it sit inside your email browser or open in a chrome extension.

It can be challenging to find I formation in previous conversations. You can have it automatically save the history, but if I’m trying to find a link that my colleague sent me a couple months ago, then I’d just have to scroll and scroll and scroll to try and find it.

It is great for all kinds of text chatting and works wonderfully. It is globally available and supports all languages making it the best choice for international chatting.

Easy to access, you do not need any additional ID. Just log in with your Gmail.
Seamless and user-friendly interface. You can chat with emojis and text in any language.

This app is quite good for the primary type of chatting and works fine amazingly. It is relatively easy to use.

Overall experience is average. It is an easy way to talk to our clients/colleagues in the office. It is also trustworthy application.

Pros are as follows:
- A platform which provides seamless face-to-face communication and chats.
- Excellent video quality and easy document sharing.
- Allow for multiple users to join a video conference.

Cons are as follows:
- It won't work well if you had a bad Internet connection.
- Video/voice call recording feature is absent.
- The mobile app doesn't always give the same experience as the desktop version.

Overall, i would like to thank the vendor since they have managed to ease internal communications both internally and externally.

I like that Google Chat gives me the ability to communicate with colleagues, friends and relatives via live chats in real-time.

I have been using Google Chat for over three years now and I have never encountered issues.

My expertise with Google Chat has been great and I use it to communicate via video and audio calls.

It eases task management since teams are able to collaborate on the communication channels created on Google Chat.

It is an outdated software with weak web conferencing platform.
