Great access to all notes from any device.
Date: Mar 03 2021SummaryI have always thought that my notes should be in the safest place possible, since in each note that I create in Google Keep, I put very confidential information and that I would not like it to be disclosed or stolen by someone. Google Keep has offered me that security that I longed for so much, this platform protects all my notes with an encryption key, which helps that no intruder without a password can access the annotations that I previously made. In addition, Google Keep allows me to synchronize all my devices with the help of my Google account, which has allowed me to have access to all my annotations from my tablet, computer or laptop, the speed with which I can access the notes I wrote is fantastic on my cell phone, from my computer.
PositiveIn the business area that I currently work for in our company, I have to make many annotations at all times, since I work in the Finance area and for me it is totally important to be able to take annotations of anything that relates to our financial data. Google Keep has been a key platform for the creation and development of annotations, because this platform has the ability to save annotations without any type of limit. One of the things I like the most about Google Keep is that I can easily organize all my notes, Google Keep is not like other platforms that have a somewhat complex process to be able to modify the order of the notes, this platform offers me an easy organization of the notes, I can move them from place, move them from folder and modify the name of each one of them with just a few steps.
NegativeIt's great to be able to say that I have no complaints about the system Google Keep has provided me with for posting within my industry. I am very happy with this platform, I have not had any complications during the daily use of this software, I have always had a very stable experience and my notes have always been saved successfully, without any loss of information. I am very grateful for what I have achieved with Google Keep.

The best way to take annotations.
Date: Mar 02 2021SummaryDay by day in my work hours, I have the need to write things down somewhere, to be able to remember them later or to use that information later. Google Keep has made it possible to take notes and save them in a matter of seconds. I have had an excellent experience with the help of this great Google service, because it has provided me with an excellent panel where I can make all kinds of annotations and I can consult them instantly by accessing my Google account from any computer or mobile phone. Google Keep is fantastic, it allows me to take notes simply and securely, and it saves them instantly in the Google cloud.
PositiveGoogle Keep has been a perfect solution for note taking. I consider it to be one of the best platforms to be able to take all kinds of notes, lists, save links or write a specific note. One of the things I like the most about Google Keep is that this platform allows me to share my notes thanks to the perfect synchronization of devices with my Google account, in this way I can take notes from my cell phone and I will automatically have access to all those notes by accessing my Google account from my computer. Having this great device synchronization has helped me to be able to take notes on any specific topic and be able to transfer it to my computer automatically and without the need to use other software to carry out this transaction process.
NegativeI am not bothered by anything that Google Keep has offered me, I am completely satisfied with this platform because it has exceeded my expectations and has allowed me to take notes from anywhere, at any time and at any time. These notes are great, fully accessible and there will never be any loss of previously written information, it's amazing!

Good for quick notes
Date: Sep 01 2020SummaryGoogle Keep is a basic notes app good enough to make quick notes and lists on the go.
PositiveGoogle Keep is a simple app which can work right alongide your mailbox ( GMail ) and lets you jot down quick notes like Todo lists, shopping list and more. It is free, easy to use, quick and complete with basic features.
NegativeIt offers no desktop app and hence is not useable while offline. Also if you take a lot of notes, it is probably not a good choice due to lack of proper organization or management features. So not a choice for intermediate to advanced users.
