Google Sheets is a very helpful application when you have to work with multiple teams where collaboration is the key. The security concerns for sharing a file can be taken care of by just sharing a link of the file with an access setting. Integration with drive makes things easy. The only concern with sheets is that it is not as fast as the traditional excel. It does not have all the shortcuts like in excel. On an overall level, it is a great application that adds a lot of value.

(+) Free of cost, provides a cloud space of 15 GB.
(+) Easy to use and has almost all of the Excel features.
(+) Integration with google drive, sharing of files is easy where you can just share a link without actually sharing the file.
(+) Realtime collaborations can be done, which is very helpful when working in teams.

(-) Slows down when you try to open a file of 20-30 MB
(-) Not all the excel features are available in the sheets.
(-) The mobile application does not work well, navigation on the mobile application is not very easy.

Overall great software. I enjoy using it on my computer or phone depending if it's work or personal use. We use it very often for personal and business uses.

We love Google Sheets in our house. We use it to make a running wish list or Christmas list throughout the year. Easy to use and set up. I also use it for work to keep patients appointments organized.

Sometimes I find google sheets and be a tad touchy when scrolling or tabbing through the rows. Sometimes it moves or delets something I didn't want deleted.

The best tool for handling smaller projects. It comes very handily if you do not have license to Microsoft application and can be used for various purposes.

I love all Google cloud-based applications and google sheets are no different. The sheets are easy to manage and the templates provided by Google comes in handy on various occasions. The sheet can be easily shared with my colleagues via email or a shareable link. They also have a mobile application to quickly make small changes If you are traveling and have no access to your laptop.

The mobile application for google sheet needs improvement. It becomes very difficult to edit the sheet using the mobile app. More features can be added to Google Sheets. If the data and number of rows are increased the sheet takes a long time and sometimes fails to open, My suggestion would be to create a desktop application to make it more useable for large projects.

I use it almost everyday, and I use it to open Excel documents that are sent to me that I otherwise wouldn't be able to edit.

It has all the features (that I know of) that Excel has, but it is free, saves everything to your drive, makes documents easily shareable, and opens Excel documents!

I'm sure it lacks some of the features that Excel has, but I do not know if that's the case.

It's a powerful and easy program to use and can sync to programs to autoload data into cells and rows.

Very easy way to manage and use data to understand. Also easy to collaborate in real-time with others.

There is some learning that takes place to use to it's full potential.

Overall i recommend this to everyone because of how powerful the tool is and it works. Never had problems.

Love how I can share so easily and works on any device. Plus it updates immediately as you work so you always are current.

I think if they had more ways to easily add integrations it'd be awesome.

I do think that Google Spreadsheets is a great program. It's essential for large teams working on a central project giving everyone access to necessary information and allowing everyone to make edits.

Very user friendly and convenient to use. I like being able to have spreadsheets shared among teammates, with everyone having the ability to edit and work on one cohesive project.

With a full spreadsheet it doesn't always allow you to view everything in a cell easily which can be frustrating when working on projects.
