You can upload candidates from spreadsheets. The "nudges" are also a really great feature. I also enjoy how seamless it is with Workday.

Sometimes the extension does not load properly when using Workday but could just be a user issue.

The overall experience of using Grayscale has been of convenience and a quick way to talk to candidates.

I enjoy the advantages of Grayscale very much and utilize it daily for sourcing and reaching out to employees. There are many ways to use Grayscale, the automations and scheduled to send messages are two of my personal favorites.

Easy to use and effective for automations, bulk messages and scheduling messages. Reporting to show effectiveness.

Each action is set up for a specific stage on a specific job. This is more of a fault on our end with our ATS. Grayscale in nature needs specific tags or jobs to initiate outreach. If our ATS was more organized we could utilize Grayscale on a larger scale. However, for now, even with our current ATS, Grayscale is a huge help!

None I really see no draw backs to this platform. It has allowed me to do everything I need to as a recruiter for a health care company.

Grayscale has dramatically changed my recruitment success rates and saves me a tremendous amount of time so that I can focus on other tasks. It gives me peace of mind that I am staying connected to leads and following through in a timely manner.

In a world where no one answers a call from an unknown number, Grayscale reaches those candidates and establishes a point of contact instantly. Automations dramatically reduce the number of no-shows with the Event and Action options, and the Reports function allows me to track the Automation's performance and even my own performance to see how I can improve on response times.

There is little that I would change with Grayscale. If I had to pick one thing that I have not been able to adjust to my needs however, it would be my notifications.

I have saved templates to easily resend out text communication ti applicants with Grayscale. Makes it easier to reach out to more potential candidates.

The responses go into the workday Grayscale app so I don't ever really see them. It would be better to get an alert or something in the dashboard to let me know I have a response.

This is a great tool to increase lead flow and ensure candidate follow through success! Applicants tend to respond better to text messages than emails and Grayscale does a great job keeping up with this fast-paced job market!

I really enjoy being able to create templates and send reminders to my recruiting candidates! It's an easy way to quickly connect using our applicants' preferred method of communication.

Sometimes the page needs to be reloaded for integration with Grayscale.

I have not found any cons with using grayscale. It has worked very well.

It is a good solution specially if you are a recruiter that doesn't own an international or US number. Candidates usually respond through there and allows quick communication.

I can text candidates world wide, it is integrated in my ATS, very simple and intuitive to use, and is a good solution if you don't own a phone number in the candidate's location.

No emojis... it is useful for sounding friendly with candidates. I don't always get notified so I miss texts for 2-3 days until I remember to check the inbox again.

The candidates receive messages from different people through the same number which could be confusing.

Overall, I love the product and am grateful for how it has made my processes a lot easier. Thank you Grayscale!!

Grayscale has helped my work to become quicker, so then I can still spend more time with my candidates. My favorite part of the system is the scheduled texts that I can send out. I can still have a work-life balance by not working evenings and weekends, but can make sure information is still sent out to my candidates when needed.

I wish I could attach PDFs and Images to my texts to candidates. But, right now that is the only con I have ran into so far.

As communication tool I really appreciate the implementation with Greenhouse at this case. The option to have the mobile app and the way that makes our work easy and the priceless image that we generate on the loyalty with the candidate as company.

We usually use Grayscale to reinforce and develop our communication with candidates that We are trying to contact or those who we arrange a meeting.
Easy to automatize messages following the stage where the candidate is or to communicate the situation of a process.

I would say that the integration with the mobile app it is kind of weird, just because I would like to watch easily the chats with people that replied to the messages. Like to inbox easily differentiated by activity of sent messages and Conversation that were replied.
On the other Hand, I would like to included the option to cancel those messages that we send and maybe were wrong

Grayscale has been very helpful in contacting candidates and getting a quick response back. I like that I can see reports of my use.

As a Recruiter in the Health Care field, I find Grayscale very easy to use , and fairly simple to learn to maneuver within it. There is a help center that is also easy to navigate, in case you need more assistance. I really like that it has the ability to send bulk texts to candidates, and I have used this feature often. It is great for hard to reach candidates, or even a candidate in the pipeline. Very happy we added Grayscale to our technology tools!

So far I haven't discovered any cons using Grayscale., so so far so good!

My previous company used TextRecruit which largely lacked in automation. When I started to use Grayscale, I was able to take lead in recruitment automation for high volume recruitment roles which has been an immense time saver in my day-to-day operations. I no longer have to set up calendar reminders of individual candidates I need to follow up with, Grayscale allows me to "set it and forget it" while still creating a personalized candidate experience and ensuring candidates receive timely communication from me. I can't ever imagine going back to my old ways of recruiting and keeping candidates warm!

Grayscale has greatly improved our communication. The ability to schedule texts is a gamechanger and eliminates forgetting to reply and sending a text too early/late in the day. I'm able to start the day with replies and be that much more efficient.

Easy to use, clean look, message templates, and message scheduling so it can be sent at the right time.

Sessions are timed so you have to log-in often and don't always see a reply. A voice message feature might also be helpful.

Grayscale has really streamlined our communication with candidates. Our target candidate pool operate in large scale plant manufacturing settings, where often times there is little to no cell reception. Grayscale's technology gets through despite this technological challenge. This is especially important in a very fast paced candidate driven market where time makes or breaks everything. The integration within our ATS (Lever) has meshed really well. My one criticism per se is that alerts only take place if you are in a candidate's particular SMS text string, and generally I don't need an alert if I am in candidate's text string. Creating a desktop text alert with an extension might remedy this problem, but I am not a developer. Overall, our recruitment team is very pleased with the product and I would recommend other talent acquisition professionals to sign on if they are on the fence.

Grayscale is user friendly and they have amazing customer support when you need it. My entire team loves the ease of this software. Being able to track or document text conversations is crucial for HR purposes.

My biggest con is that you are not able to delete duplicate candidates that have been entered into the software. If you upload an Excel file with say 3 applicants/employees already entered into Grayscale's Talent Pool, you receive no notification that the 3 people are already entered and then have no way to delete them. Very small/minor con overall.

Overall I see this product as an asset to my job and I am really glad that my company invested in this for our recruiting.

I really like the app and using it via chrome extension! It is so cool to me how it can match the area code to the person I am contacting. The reminder texts are super helpful to me and my prospects.

It often logs you out and you do not realize it. Regardless of the Chrome extension or the actual webpage. I also wish there was a way to send and receive pictures.
