What is Gridex?

Gridex marks the debut of a fully on-chain order book trading system within the Ethereum landscape. D5 acts as the pioneering aggregator that combines the advantages of both Order Books and Automated Market Makers (AMMs), delivering an innovative trading experience on-chain. The Gridex PoS serves as a cross-chain order book protocol, functioning alongside a layer 0 blockchain designed to accommodate all major layer 1 blockchains and generalized layer 2 solutions. Initially, the GDX token will be launched as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum, but it is set to evolve into the native token of the Gridex PoS upon its official rollout. The Gridex framework is a non-custodial and permissionless trading solution, consisting of a series of enduring, non-upgradable smart contracts established on the Ethereum blockchain. In contrast to the commonly utilized decentralized exchanges built on the Automated Market Maker (AMM) model, Gridex adopts a more conventional order book strategy. Our pioneering Grid Maker Order Book (GMOB) model has significantly reduced the resource requirements linked to managing an order book-based trading system, thereby boosting overall efficiency. This increased efficiency not only aids traders but also fosters a more sustainable trading ecosystem, ensuring long-term viability and growth.

The next real protocol solving Problem of DEX

    Date: Feb 21 2023
    Summary

Overall has been quite smooth and never face any major issue so far. Probably my only issue is that it cannot run on many chains yet at the moment, the website lacks some information in my opinion, hope that the team can provide more info.

    Positive

What Gridex is trying to solve is the pain of using DEX with high slippage and Gridex itself has the feature of GMOB which is Gridex Market Order Book. This protol is also running on etherum ecosystem which recently powers the technology of D5 exchange.

    Negative

I have not much comments at the moment, because so far the technology behind has been helpful. Probably just the explanation on the why Phoenix as the symbol. No BSC connection.
