Very helpful tool
Date: Feb 28 2022SummaryI have been very happy with GroupMap as a versatile tool to help with meeting facilitation, project management, and even individual brainstorming or idea organization. I use it across multiple projects, and a strong majority of participants have found it useful (and many have gone on to become users of GroupMap themselves).
PositiveGroupMap has been a critical tool as we have had to shift all of our events from in person to online due to Covid. It actually elevates our capacity to spark high quality conversations in large and small groups but having a shared screen with high functionality and so many different ways of having people engage the material. Particularly strong on brainstorming and evaluating ideas, but features go far beyond that. So many different ways to customize the maps to make them work for different situations. I also use it teaching now, because it works very well to switch back and forth between asynchronous and synchronous use.
NegativeWould like a little more flexibility with pricing, which is based on how many people maximum in a meeting and how many facilitators. Most of my meetings are smaller, but every once in a while I'll have a much larger meeting, requiring me to pay for the larger threshold at all times.
