PositiveIt has cut my work load by 95% with Gyve online reports, the customer service and tech support is outstanding, follow-up is fantastic never waiting for a long response to question or issue we may have. They have worked very well with our client base on user error's, they have walked us thru teachable moments as we became more familiar with Gyve data base.
