When we do have issues, the support team is quick to respond and knowledgeable.PositiveWe switched from an older dealer management system. We chose HBS due to their complete feature set, inventory management tools, rental software as well as having accounting integrated throughout.
NegativeImplementing new software is always a process. Some members of our team were slower to adjust to the change.
