PositiveSupport team is located in the US, they are very responsive and knowledgeable. They return my calls/emails within an hour, sometimes within 5 minutes. Some of them have also worked in shops like mine so they understand what I am dealing with on a daily basis. They do NOT require a contract just a simple monthly subscription. They have an open AP which allows me to integrate with 3rd party vendors. They were able to convert all of my data from my previous system. Key Features I’m Using Daily:
