Their STP account is great if you want to learn how to trade. The customer staff is courteous and helpful. As a new trader, I also liked how easy to use their platform is, didn't have much trouble with it. I also have a copier account with hanko and I have made good sum from it.

The only thing that frustrates with me Hanko is the crypto option. As a guy who is just starting out crypto is not the best method. I'd prefer bank transfers more over crypto transfers.

The longest that I had to wait for my withdrawal was 7 hours. But generally, I get my money within 3 hours.

The trading tools need a lot of improvement. They are too basic and not of much use even for a novice trader like me.

I am a newbie trader and still in the phase of learning. I am currently using Hankotrade's STP account that I opened with $10 since I didn't want to invest a large sum. The commission charges are also okay. The only thing that they need to work on is the customer service. They sometimes take around 30 minutes to an hour to respond to simple questions.

this broker doesn't provide any market analysis or forecasts like some brokers do. Would be great if Hankotrade introduces something similar for its clients on the portal.

They support support EAs , hedging and don't have any unnecessary trading restrictions . Which means I am free to try out any strategy and automate it with them, very beneficial for me as a coder.

Their ECN accounts are very efficient, execution is time is quick which obviously reduces slippage and great for EAs. Connecting to an offsite VPS is also quite easy no complicated bridge and the support were helpful when I did it the first time.

The broker is too basic., beside a trading platform which is efficient they don't offer anything extra that entices me, like completion, volume rebates etc.

I use Hankotrade regularly and I'm really happy with their low commission ECN accounts. These accounts have consistently given me good profits. I also like that I can transfer funds using cryptocurrencies, though having the option for bank transfers would be better.
