    Summary

    I am very happy, I will keep using it!
    I also found out about bulk purchases, so if instead of single hours I buy packages of hours, they are cheaper.
    Also, they take feedback seriously, and you can even talk to the engineers so they know what needs to be implemented.

    Very accurate and fast.
    It recognizes many different languages and accents.
    Easy to use.
    Their team is very nice.

    Negative

    Sometimes a file will fail and you don't know why, but now you receive an email that tells you why it failed and how to fix it.
