    Really helped me when I was just starting my business

    Summary

    A few months ago, I opened a small showroom with dresses. Since I had so much to take care of—preparing the space, handling legal matters, and everything else—I didn’t have the time to figure out complicated store management systems. I decided to try Heksia as a test, and I was really impressed: everything is super simple and intuitive. It only took me one evening to fill out the catalog and set up the terminal.

    What I especially liked was that I didn’t need any technical knowledge to get started. The interface is clean and user-friendly. Thanks to Heksia, I was able to focus on the other parts of my business instead of drowning in tech and admin. It really helped me get off to a smooth start.

    Positive

    — The price — this was a huge factor for me. I just couldn’t afford to spend a lot on software, so finding something affordable and functional was a game-changer.
    — The interface is intuitive and if something’s unclear, there are little tips (lifesaver 😅).
    — A lot of great features. For example, I was able to input sizes as variants, which saved me a ton of time while building the catalog.

    Negative

    I’d love to see more features for managing customer loyalty — for example, offering my clients discounts or setting up a rewards system. This is really important for growing my store. It would also be great to have tools for notifying customers about sales and other updates
