Great booking website. Really easy to use and great support team! Tours can be found easily and there are a lot of great weekly reports available to keep track of your commission and earnings. Would highly recommend using hero travels for your bookings :)

I love using hero travels for my bookings. It’s super easy to handle and the support team always gets back to me really fast and helps me if I have troubles setting sth up. I really like how easy it is to book with hero travels. Specially when it comes to receiving payments. You have so many options and they also provide you with an online payment link for customers. I really like that they prepare a receipt for them and the tickets. Would highly recommend using hero travels for bookings!! :)

I often can’t find tours when it comes to not so popular destinations and I wish I could manually adjust my net rate to make it easier and faster when I negotiated a special deal with a supplier.

Hero is pretty straight forward and easy to use.
It has all major suppliers only lacking a few smaller ones.
Would definitely recommend to any industry partners.

System is pretty much self explaining and quick to get a hang of it.
The search option for locations and departure dates is very helpful.

Missing some smaller suppliers from certain areas.
No option to add a booking fee product for administrative side.

It is an awesome tool to unable travel agent and suppliers to work closely and effectively, I recommend to all my travel agent colleague to jump on Hero and try this amazing system.

User-friendly, very easy to get used to it, and if any issues the live chat team is always on point and quick to fix any problem which can occur.

I have zero cons and live everything about Hero software.

Fantastic system I have been using it with our company Cheap Az Travel for several years now after switching from a different system.

The Hero platform is extremely easy to use and if you ever need help with anything they're always there with a very fast response rate.

There is virtually nothing I don't like. For the free access you cannot go wrong.

5 stars because the overall experience is great. Though as it's relatively new there is still room for improvement.

User-friendly, lots of products loaded, many cool and useful functions such as e-quote, different search functions, live availability and reporting. Great team on the background that listens to requests and offers super quick help.

Few improvements can still be made to make booking process even smoother. Shuffling of products in cart, optimising reporting options and small search options to find things more quickly.

Hero Travel is a great product for both an agent, and operator. The support and level of listening and attention given to feedback and potential flaws is unparalleled. The team are looking to constantly evolve and improve to ensure they're relevant and up-to-date with the needs of an agent.

The cons are all small things (ideal APIs etc) that are being worked on now.

You need to make sure to close your quotes before browsing for other products but that's just something you need to remember so no real design fault - can't critique anything .

Features are great and really helpful with booking large packages etc. Have already and would definitely recommend to others in the industry.

A lot easier to navigate and filter than other programmes. Ease of access to all information. Always have support there too if needed.

There isn't a lot I do not like about the product.

It opens a quote when you are looking at products , Not all local products are on there yet.

I like that you can save your preferred products. I also like the fact it's straight forward to use.

Can be quite slow processing group bookings it takes a while to generate the vouchers.

Great system for both admin and user - would t hesitate to recommend. The team have always been super helpful and listen to any feedback given.

Apart from a few things I love using hero, everything at your finger tips. Easy to view products, description of products.

I like that everything is just a a button away for anywhere in Australia. Easy to research products. Like the description information page.

I don't like booking family bookings where I have to change the ages to make it a family booking. This should be an automatic booking of 2 adults and 2 kids.

I don't like that once you are cashed out you can't cancel the cash out .

Pretty much every tour in Aus & NZ is on the system, which at first is a lil daunting to remember all, but so good to have access to long term!
