I was looking for a server with good processors, and came across HostZealot, I decided to try it, in the end the speed exceeded all expectations. HostZealot’s VPN is in my top 10 VPN services available. I need a VPN to watch films and series, as well as to use certain sites. This particular VPN service is rather cheap, especially if you opt for a yearly plan. The connection quality is always high, it deals alright with 4k streaming.

The main drawback for me was that when you switch between servers, you had to constantly refresh the page. Some servers did not allow you to go to certain sites.
