    Exceptional service overall. I can't say enough about the software and the trainer. I am super impressed and I have already refer the software to other host. This software far exceeds my expectations.

    Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit.

    Overall a great product, just need to work a few minor bugs and add a few features, especially with the VRBO integration.

    Ability to sync prices with Beyond Pricing, granular permissions for users, Wordpress plugin, great support and onboarding team.

    Negative

    No HTML email notifications, only text.
    Some UI bugs.
    Financial reporting a little buggy for CSV imported reservations.
    Unable to manage VRBO messages, only emails.
    Cannot sync multiple VRBO accounts.

    I'd recommend this site to anyone in the vacation rental industry. It feels like life has gotten less stressful since integrating my channels to Hostaway. I love how they are constantly improving the software and never charge for any of these upgrades. Great job, Hostaway.

    Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date.

    Some parts of the automated payment systems are quirky.

    It has great features that I didn't see in other PMS and they are always updating the user guide!

    I've had sooooo many PMS' ... I've run the gambit ... of that I have no doubt. I think Hostaway isn't a perfect solution, but it's the BEST solution that I've come across, even Guesty, which used to be my fav.

    Positive

    - CHANNEL MANAGER: Plenty of Chanels to add nativly tot he Channel manager (although not all, but it's better than RentaUntied, even if it doesn't have all those other channels.

    - SUPPORT: The Hostaway team get things done fast, and they are always adding new features which make my life a little easier. I recommend Hostaway to all my friends in the industry.

    - AUTOMATIONS: the auto messages and auto tasking is good (they are always adding new functions, which is appreciated), there's lots of room for improvement, but they have a ZAPEIR integration now, which is helping a lot. It's new, so not as robust as I would like, but I have no doubt the team is going to make the most of it.

    Negative

    Most of my cons have been dealt with, but they could add more automation, and filtering functionality.

    INTERGRATIONS: As noted above the Zapier integration is new, and only does the basics right now, but with the email parser, you can do almost anything!

    TASKS: this section is near useless, but it's not a make a break option for me. It's not user-firendly, you can move around sub tasks. They HAD it in the Zapier app during the beta .. but have since removed it ... I'm sure they have something planned for it to make it a little more useable

    PRICE: price is pretty high, but considering what your getting, and the great support team, I think it's resonable.

    SUPPORT: could have a chat functionality, to help with qucik issues.

    I've looked closely at Lodgify and Guesty, and HostAway is a superior fit for my vacation rental business on multiple grounds--business model, pricing, user-friendliness, on-boarding cost/process and overall customer service. I'm a huge fan and highly recommend the product for small to medium-sized vacation rental network operators like me.

    HostAway's platform is both robust and user-friendly. Customer Service through my on-boarding agent, Paul, has been fantastic. He patiently answers all my questions, walks me systematically through the platform to train me, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to helping me tailor the platform to my business needs.

    I have no issues with HostAway, but VRBO/HomeAway made integrating my listings into HostAway very difficult. I could never have navigated the change over without the excellent support that HostAway provides.

    Looking forward to a great partnership with Hostaway and see great potential for Host Easy BnB to grow and develop over time. No fear that support is never near.

    Fluidity of the platform including 100% connection rate with the channels such as BDC and Air BnB which makes the process of onboarding call quick and responsive. Akeeshan & Paul in the first couple of calls are some of the best onboarding specialists I have ever worked with. As opposed to the previous PMS we were using (Guesty) the patience and clarity offered here provides quick and concise results.

    Negative

    There is only one slight issue with Google meeting that is dependent on the local quality of broadband or internet some loss was experienced with sharing screen in video enabled. Video generally isn't required and only share screen is the main requirement so in our example as Australia has one of the worst ratings in the world for internet speed associated with Telstra there is not bad in any way on Hostaway or for that matter Googles behalf. Just a local provider issue.
