Great support and reliable channel manager

PositiveWe really liked that HotelFriend has everything we need in one place, like IBE, channel manager, and room management. These parts work together without any problems. The Channel Manager, especially, stands out because it updates prices and availability very quickly, just like promised. We asked to connect our hotel with Booking and HRS, which are where most of our reservations come from. The customer support team is awesome. They always help us quickly when we need it.
NegativeOne thing we didn't like is that when guests want to pay on our website, they can only see options like "Visa/Mastercard”. There's no option to pay with PayPal. But the support team told us they are working on adding it as an option.
