It has inbuilt live chat feature which can be used to offer live chat for customers and for each interaction over chat can be created as a ticket in Service Hub. It allows a complete control of ticket routing which can be easily routed to escalation or can be marked as resolved, for all the routing the concerned agent get notification if any ticket is assigned to them. Overall it helps a lot to to manage the customer queries efficiently in a time bound manner.

All the customer query through email, Facebook chat, support form query, other social media message query are are auto populated as ticket in Service Hub which can be easily tracked and can we use for reference purposes.
