    Poor functionality, unreliable saving, and misleading JLL partnership claims

    Summary

    Unfortunately, the platform isn’t reliable. Despite promising features, the functionality just doesn’t live up to expectations. The failure to save data properly is a major issue, and the overblown partnership claims are another red flag. Would not recommend until significant improvements are made.

    Positive

    The platform has a simple interface and offers the potential for streamlined project management the concept behind the tool itself could be useful if it worked properly.

    Negative

    The functionality is terrible. The platform constantly fails to save information correctly, which creates a lot of unnecessary work and frustration. I’ve had multiple instances where inputted data disappeared or wasn’t saved properly, and this has caused delays and confusion for the team. Additionally, they often talk their partnership with JLL, but from what I’ve seen, JLL doesn’t even use them all that much, which makes the partnership claims feel more like a marketing tactic than a real benefit.
