My use may be an edge case, i find my use is too infrequent to warrant a full year unlimited use, I opted for the 500min "pay per use", and even then found myself at years end with almost 400 mins left. -

PositiveWe liked the flexibility of ISL Team who offered us additional licenses for use during Corona crisis, which helped a lot in process of transforming our company to start working from home.
NegativeFor administrator we didn't find option to create shortcut on desktop to establish connection to individual computer. Older versions had this feature by default while in new version session expires.
