Great Product
Date: Jun 19 2020SummaryThis is a great product! I held a webinar for other schools in our state very soon after at-home learning was implemented. I highly recommended this product to them. I cannot imagine a better solution for our needs!
PositiveWe adopted this solution when our previous solution became unreasonably expensive. We have never looked back! We are a small school system. If we had not implemented this solution before instituting at-home learning, I cannot imagine what we would have done. This amazing product allowed my team to seamlessly transition from at-school learning to at-home learning!
We like the ease-of-use and the very small training curve for our staff.NegativeThe admin portion of the product could be a bit more intuitive, but other than that, we like everything about the product!

Lightweight, Fast, Intuitive
Date: Jun 12 2020SummaryTremendous. Much happier with this for MSP remote management than Splashtop, TeamViewer, and the like. That is even considering how terrible it is to setup on macOS.
PositiveGreat customer service
They've been very responsive to our needs
Extremely lightweight
I don't know of an app with a smaller footprint
Easy to setup
Everything that you can configure stares you in the face
Nice security features
I felt like it was easy to restrict agents and setup 2FANegativeWe support Apple-lovin' lawyers. This product is a nightmare to setup on macOS. We actually rely on a single TeamViewer account to make the initial connection, then setup unattended access for ISL Online.

Perfect Solution for Self-Hosted Remote Support and Service
Updated: Jun 09 2020SummaryWe use the self-hosted conference proxy and we are very happy with this solution for now and there is still so much to discover.
PositiveFirst of all, the simplicity and intuitive design of the tools combined in the solution are very helpful for evaluation. We have been searching for a self-hosted solution with the option for support und upgrades. In fact that was one of about 15 criteria, that where all full filled immediately. Likewise support for mobiles, data privacy compliance (EU DSGVO), customized design (for corporate design), easy to use for customers and supporters/operators and at the same time being able to change specific parameters for system administrator and operate behind firewall and proxies, the documentation and video tutorials (youtube channel) are great ... Best of all for us was the friendly and very helpful support!
NegativeThe possibilities to configure the system are huge. The preferences in the administration backend could be extended with the explanations from the documentation. It is okay if you have two tabs open - one with the doc, one with the admin panel, but I would prefer to have both combined. And some icons in the backend would be fine. Even though the video tutorials and online documentations are up-to-date and a big help for getting in touch with the system as an operator, there are only a few (not enough) videos for the administrators to learn about the "deep stuff". But I guess there will be some more, soon ;)
