    Summary

    I do not trust they can properly handle any issues, so will not be using their card. I hope my voice is heard by them and they improve, it is just as simple as investing in humans as well

    If it ever gets to work, the features would be nice, but at this stage I cannot honestly say it has any pros

    Negative

    If there is a glitch you get caught in a never-ending loop of AI assistance. I have given up and actually called Shell to voice my concerns about them selecting them as their platform.
