Difficult system to use. Inaccurate

I feel like this system is cutting corners on our workflow, and making our customer experience more generic and computer generated. I am not a fan. I am highly debating leaving my company that I have been at for four years because of this new software. It does not have correct deadline dates and very confusing to use.
