    Great help, bad support

    Summary

    Most of our experiences have been great, they have helped with payroll, training, and other human resources business. But the support will not answer, and even when they do, they don't have an answer.

    Positive

    Insperity is great for all human resources business. My company has really relied on it and it's helped us be able to grow and figure out changing roles, as well as automate lots of business.

    Negative

    The support has been very frustrating to work with. They have lots of different paperwork, but they don't have any of the paperwork in other languages. As an international company, it's been very frustrating. Getting an answer as to why or if they can help has taken months.
