When typing feels limiting or cumbersome, simply switch to an instant screen share. Furthermore, you can now record your voice for more detailed explanations (NEW!). This eliminates the need for lengthy discussions and excessive email threads. Collect and share visual feedback on any PDF or document, all organized in one convenient place. This method allows you to avoid lengthy explanations, surplus screenshots, and unnecessary meetings. You can seamlessly share visual feedback asynchronously on any webpage, screenshot, or file using a single link, with no sign-up or meeting required. By simplifying the process of capturing and organizing multiple screenshots across different platforms, you save precious time and energy. Ultimately, this approach enables you to concentrate more on your work rather than getting bogged down by administrative tasks, enhancing your overall productivity. Additionally, this streamlined process fosters clearer communication and collaboration within your team.

Love Instacap
Date: Jun 09 2022SummaryI like the product a lot and would really recommend it. Especially since it's free and the chrome extension is so easy to use it's such a low lift to integrate.
PositiveThe software looks good, is easy to use and I can share it with my coworkers without the need for extra logins. I get so much more feedback because it's so easy to use, it's dramatically reduced the number of revisions I have to make on my designs.
NegativeMore integrations would be better. Often I am on my phone and I want to respond to comments from email or something like that.
