    Integrity Advocate is Easy and Effective

    Summary

    Great experience. We were looking for a proctoring solution that actually works, i.e. it catches cheating and other infractions. At the same time, we wanted something that students did not feel was invasive. We also wanted something that gave its users confidence in their ability to protect their privacy. Integrity Advocate does all this for is. I also really enjoy working with their team. I have worked with both Scott and Darcy who are awesome people and super helpful.

    The system is not invasive at all, i.e. there is no software to download and students also do not feel like they are being watched as much as they do with other proctoring solutions. Privacy is at the core of everything Integrity Advocate does, and this shows. Students and parents really appreciate how much care is put into their privacy. The system is very stable and we never have technical issues. I set up Integrity Advocate in a course and I never have to touch it. It just works. One less thing to be concerned about!

    Nothing really comes to mind. Students occasionally have trouble lining up their photo ID with the camera, but this is an issue with the user more so than the platform.
