Excellent product and team

Product supports flexible use cases , Service is responsive and fast, Professional support with examples and optional implementation possibilities.

Sometimes, optimization results are not optimal or it is not clear why they were suggested.

The product gets used by hundreds of our customers daily and consistently achieves highly optimal results for both on-time and minimizing distance driven.

The company I work for uses this product as a Routing Engine for multiple clients. It's quick, heavily optimizable and 95% of the time, beats our competitors results. The other 5% is probably PEBKAC issues.

Default settings work well. But there is a learning curve to further tune the settings if needed per business requirements. Once done, it works well!
