Nice system for high volume recruiting. We onboard 100's of applicants daily and this system has helped us streamline our process.

Jobma has helped us streamline our virtual interview process. We can now simply send a link to our large pool of applicants to invite them to create an online interview

Once in a while the applicants get a glitch and can not create their interview. We do not know if its user error or Jobma. We ask them to send screenshots but its never clear why they are having issues.

Customer service is fast, knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. Pricing is reasonable as well. Wonderful addition to our recruitment process.

Love that Jobma saves my team time and energy as we used Jobma to transition from traditional HR Screenings to allowing candidates to complete their interviews on their own time. This has freed up time in our department and allows promising candidates to get in front of hiring managers faster.

It was really simple to set up and start inviting people in for video interviews. We also got great feedback from our candidates about how easy it was for them to do the interview. It also integrated with Zapier really smoothly.

Though I don’t find any significant drawback, but it would be better if customer support available 24*7.

I thought it was great! I had done video calls before but the One way stuff was totally new to me. I would definitely like to do more of these next time we hire for our team.

We used this to hire people for my team and I really liked the one way video interviews. We set up questions with some parameters like how much time do they get to think about the question or how long of a video they can record and then candidates just record a video of themselves answering it. I hadn't used that type of video interviews before, we had live video calls but that is a different thing entirely. I think they were great in find a handful of candidates to move forward in the hiring process. I also liked that we could share those interview videos internally to get feedback.

I wish there was a simple way to explain to candidates what they needed to do. Some candidates thought we would be jumping on a live video call.

This was our fist experience with adding video interviews to our recruitment and I am very happy with the results so far. Its been great.

I liked that it let us add other people from my organisation as sub users. That meant we could create users for different departments that do their own hiring.

It was really easy for our applicants as well. We just sent them a link that already had all their information in it so they didnt have to provide any details. They just clicked on the link and were put right into the video interview.

Lastly, it was very important to us that the video interviews worked on mobile phones since most of our applicants would not have a laptop with them. Happy to report their app works great on Android and iOS devices.

Its a little confusing to use at first. I would recommend you have someone from their team show you the basics to get things going.

Also the branding was somewhat difficult to get right. I think that might be an issue with the size of my images though.

My team was pretty happy with it. More importantly our candidates were happy with it. It was also nice being able to involve people from different teams early into the candidates hiring journey. That helped us fined candidates that we were happier with.

The best thing about Jobma was how easy it was for our candidates to do a one way interview. We sent them an invitation and they were put right into the interview by just clicking the link. We also had a pretty high rate of interviews completed for the people that we invited and candidate feedback was quite positive too. Mobile app was a pretty big plus as well since for some of the positions that we hired for, not many candidates had a laptop.

Live interviews need more features. I would like to have a higher panel count (currently its 3 as far as I know). Also being able to record and share them easily would be nice as well.

We used it for a limited case and we are pretty happy with it. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you are looking to add video interviews in your hiring. Especially in this scenario where traveling and face to face interviews are often not feasible.

The pricing is great. We looked at a lot of different options and this one was the most reasonable of them all. I also liked that you can basically pay per use. It is also really easy to use. You just set up questions and invite people in. Once they record their videos, you get an email notification letting you know its available to watch. I also like the sharing options that let us send out finished interviews for others to review so we can get more opinions on a candidate.

You need to use their app on mobile phones. The app is good and it works absolutely fine but there is no way to do an interview if you don't want to install an app. I don't know if thats a technical limitation of mobile phones though.

First time using video interviews. I was worried if our candidates would like it but it turned out to be really easy. Had great feedback.

We were able to remotely interview people with video interviews. Because of the COVID lockdown we couldn't manage face to face interviews. Jobma let us hire people even during the lockdown. Interviews can also be shared by email which was great.

Live interview recording is not there. They say it is coming soon though.

Does what it says. Video interviews have been working out great for us.

The pricing was great, it fit perfectly in our budget for what we wanted to spend. It was also really convenient for candidates to do these interviews as opposed to finding a common time for an extended phone conversation with us. I also like that it works on mobile devices, most people dont use a laptop these days.

Its been working pretty well for us, cant think of anything to be honest.
