Nothing in particular. Every feature Joomag offers was similar or subpar compared to other competitors.

We have been Joomag customers for several years, but our recent experience with their service has been deeply disappointing and frustrating, prompting us to warn potential users about the issues we faced.

1. Unreasonably short notice for a 300% price increase: Joomag notified us of a massive price increase just three days before it took effect, showing a lack of consideration and transparency.

2. Broken cancel button: When we attempted to cancel our subscription due to the price hike, the cancel button on their website was non-functional, preventing us from ending our subscription.

3. Inefficient customer support: In our efforts to cancel, we contacted their customer support team. Instead of addressing our request, they repeatedly tried to lock us into a longer commitment, blatantly ignoring our cancellation attempts.

4. Forced to initiate a chargeback: After numerous failed attempts to cancel our subscription through Joomag, we were left with no choice but to contact our credit card company and initiate a chargeback, adding further inconvenience to the situation.

In light of these issues, we strongly advise against using Joomag's services and recommend seeking alternative platforms that prioritize transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

This product is a waste of time. Please, do not buy and use it! Their website makes it seem like this software is professional, but it looks and feels like it hasn't been updated since 2010. Super disappointing. AVOID.

There are many good-looking magazine templates, and there is integration for pictures, videos, audio, and GIFS.

Extremely clunky. Incredibly difficult to use guides for uniform, center placement. You have to manually copy and paste each page from the template into your project, and the placement doesn't transfer over. Very easy for your pages to get corrupted, happened to me. Mobile version is a joke. Don't even bother using this software if you want to distribute other than on desktop. Not very user-friendly. No readily made assets or menu.
