I’ve already recommended Jotr to my friends in podcasting and journalism; it’s truly a tailor-made, all-in-one solution for anyone whose work revolves around recordings. Whether you need to generate quick captions for YouTube or conduct deep qualitative research, Jotr replaces a clunky 3-app setup with one seamless interface. This one-time purchase is a massive value for the time it saves.

    The free tier is incredibly generous—recordings under 20 minutes are free to transcribe with no limits on the number of files. For my YouTube workflow, this is a lifesaver.
