Campaign execution is built around mailings composed of an email template, a recipient list, and dispatch settings. Templates support field-level personalization — including name, company, phone number, and custom fields — through a built-in templating language with conditional logic, allowing each generated email to reflect individual recipient data. Content creation is further assisted by a contextual AI that operates within the parameters of the user's brand, campaigns, and project objectives.
Trigger-based automation workflows respond to specific recipient actions — such as link clicks, form submissions, or topic subscriptions — and execute configurable sequences of follow-up mailings. Workflows support branching logic based on engagement patterns, enabling precise, multi-path communication flows. Each workflow is validated before activation, and the platform ensures no recipient receives the same email more than once.
