Very helpful tool that increases productivity. We use it to organize a 3 person engineering team and it works wonders.

Excellent, simple and valuable tool to help stay organized for my projects. It doesn't require much initial learning, so anyone can jump right in.

I enjoy the timer feature because I can set projects and priorities, and then when I start working on them the timer helps me keep track of time for billing purposes.

Only thing I don't like right now is that it *looks* a little less exciting than other platforms, but the functionality is such that a simple looking UI is almost not a con at all.

It has been very useful, time has been saved and the results have improved. It has encouraged teamwork.

The interface in Kanban Tool, while functional, carries a slightly dated design that may feel less contemporary compared to newer project management tools. A subtle revamp could enhance the overall visual experience for users.

You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. There are a lot of other Features, check the Powerups in Settings. I'm using Kanban-Tool also for personal Plannings (f.e. Holidays etc.). Function Requests are also gladly received and processed by the support and development team.

The most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far: you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do.

Not really a con, but if I would change something: Dependencies between Cards/Tasks could be better visualized.

Perfect to through out any written to do list that you have. You can have multiple lists within the same board. Never lose track of anything.

Kanban is so versatile for all your needs and requirements and can be tailored to anything you need to use it for. Access it anywhere anytime you are online.

As I mentioned before, this software is a very complete software with many features. By using this software, I don't forget my tasks anymore and I can better manage projects and people.

Very useful app, it's possible to drag and drop every task to other lists. possible to make different types of lists, a user-friendly environment, possible to hide and show everything, and descriptions for items with the possibility of attaching files. and also very good support team.

Actually, there is nothing to mention. Everything is fine.

I use this both for my personal (complicated) financial affairs as well as for my business. I am easily able to maintain the state of my workflows and fold in others as needed.

I really appreciate the ability to very easily define the workflow and processes that work for me. The visual interface had me working almost instantly and I was able to evolve workflows as needed.

I've been using it for more than a la half year now... and I'm really satisfied with the first impressions. I discovered Kanban Tool at the precise moment of a business project launch and I've been using daily so far. An essential tool for me now. No problems detected to contact Customer Service so far.

I've been using Kanban Tool for some months and it has become an essential piece of daily work. The main interface and primary setup options might seem basic, but once you get used to it, you discover its full potential. Integration with third-party tools and fine-tuning code improvements expand its functionality by providing visual feedback that can be used to control tasks accurately, diagnose problems, identify bottlenecks, and see how changes impact the project as a whole.

No super fancy UI's, just a very functional option on desktop (web) version. The android app should be improved as it lacks visual arrangement and functionality.

I enjoyed this product from my first demo and have been able to adapt it to any needs which have come up since.

This product is especially easy to customize and setup. You can easily define your process the way you want to. It is visibly very clean and intuitive. Finally, it has all the features one would expect from a Kanban tool.

You are able to adapt quickly and arrange your tasks rather efficiently. Your daily routine is organized more than less and you feel more comfortable and confident while taking up new challenges. Kanban can be used by teams and by individuals.

Simplicity and interface. You don't need to spend additional time, trying to learn all the features.

I couldn't find too many. Kanban meets all my expectations for now. Maybe for too complicated projects, you might need something else, but then again I am ok using it with all I do.

Overall, Kanban Tool is highly recommended! It's a game changer and made all of us around 50% more productive!

None yet. I have only just installed it. It's hard to fault this product on first impressions. Very impressed with what I have see so far.

Fabulous and easy way to simplify and streamline teamwork, communication, planning and reporting within a company.

We like that the projects can be personalized to meet our specific requirements - it's quite rare to have so much flexibility with the setup!

One minor complaint would be that the mobile apps don't have all of the features from the web application. not a showstopper though, by any means.

It's a great tool, I would recommend it to everyone. In fact, I recommended it to a couple of my friends and they liked it too!

I like that the tool is easy to use. It has a use-friendly interface. You basically start using it and know exactly how to do that, which is great. And if you don't there's friendly helpdesk ready to help you out. The tool has all the features I need, including a time tracker. I use a free plan, but as far as I know, the paid ones aren't too expensive either. It's just a wonderful tool.

Simple but fabulously effective. And, I still cannot believe kanbantool.com does not charge for extra unlimited boards nor for enabling any of the, I think, 30 power-up add-ons. A steal!

Tens of optional hidden features like automation rules, repeating tasks and ready-made checklists. They are what turned our very simple KanBan board to a comprehensive machine for the whole department's project management system. Love that!

I'd like for the mobile apps to have 100% of the web app capabilities. But then again, we only use task updates on our smartphones, so not sure how important this really is. Maybe they were right all along.

It's a great tool, better than some other similar tools. I like the variety of features it offers, I like that the price is ok, I like that there's a helpdesk always ready to solve your problems.

I like the intuitive design that makes it easy to use the tool even if you're not tech-savvy. The time tracking feature is awesome, I'm glad I don't need a separate app for it anymore. The price is okay, the features are great. I think it's definitely a worth trying tool.

I can't think of any cons, to be honest. I think it's a great tool.
