Overall, Kasm is a very convenient software. I am able to complete all of my work effectively. Also the staff is very nice, they're almost always present and ready to help customers.

I loved the isolation of the browser.
I didn't have to download the software, which would cause my PC to slow down and maybe result to viruses.
No more worrying about VPNs!

There are very little things that I do not like. I would just say that the 5 dollar subscription should include about 200 hours.

Kasm is the best docker streaming platform I have ever seen. Especially to your browser! I recommend Kasm to everyone!

Kasm is just quite amazing. I haven't seen any other software stream a docker container to your browser! I am just blown away at how amazing Kasm is. You can create your own images, virtually customize every aspect about Kasm and more. Kasm really helps me malware test, click on suspicious links without putting my PC in jeopardy.

It's really easy to setup. I tested it first on a virtual machine which resulted in some strange errors. After contacting the Kasm team (to be honest: without any hopes to get a helpful response) they really dug into my problem and helped me solve my issue (which was related to the time sync (and different timezones) between the host and guest OS).
It's also very nice to have some pre-built containers but also the option to create your own containers.

It would be perfect if it would support also VMs (with different OS's). This would allow complete independence to do each and every task on the server.

Overall it is the best cloud based workspace environment for Personal use, small and medium size companies.

- By default we cant install custom libraries on desktop workspace.
- For every application/cli upgrade, we have to build and update the core-images. ( eg. If we want to upgrade AWS CLI, GCP CLI, Java, Python etc...)
- Performance issue. Sometime its lagging. Still its manageable.
- Less logs to debug the issues.

I've been using Kasm Workspaces for a few months now and it has really improved my team's workflow. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, and the integration with other tools like GitHub and JIRA has been seamless. The collaborative workspaces have been especially useful for managing tasks and code reviews. The only downside is that the documentation could be a bit more comprehensive, but overall I've had a great experience with Kasm Workspaces.

Positive experience with a clear unique selling proposition (USP). Definitely a clear winner for Cloud Browser.

I am also testing the use case of a Virtual Workstation (self-hosted) using the community edition. So far it's been a positive experience and I am considering to move from a Cloud Browser customer to a Virtual Workstation customer.

(1) A good way to get a clean browser every time consistently from a fixed environment without the hassle of maintaining any infrastructure
(2) Two US locations, one EU location, and one AP location makes it practical if needing measurement from different region

It is an amazing thing that enables to get done things that my personal computer or office wont for whatever reason.

The Privacy and option to destroy a session after using is amazing, The Selection of apps is amazing, Speed is excellent, Price is cheap.

There is no live chat support or phone support, and there is no option to cancel online.

It's simple to create the account, and it is a good platform, in my sincere opinion it came to innovate in the category!

I have been using Kasm for a couple months now and I have enjoyed it a lot. I started using for school actually, since my district blocked all of notetaking apps that I like to use. I also set up a custom container for an audio service that I like. I started using this just for myself, then a buddy of mine asked for me to make a user for him and this system has been going strong for a good 2 months now. I also want to point out that they have amazing support, that answered all of the questions I had very promptly.

Kasm Workspaces is very easy to install, It only took me about 30 minutes to get it up and running. They have done a great job with the web UI design. It is also very easy to add new containers, since they are based of docker images. I personally like how easy it is to add another user, it only takes a matter of minutes. And there is a lot of documentation to assist with any problems you might have.

There's not much to say here, but what comes to mind first is the inability of the admin account to view (see what is going on) all current sessions. That may be my mistake however.

It's very cost-effective and hands down the most secure browser with the added VDI this is an absolute bargain.

I use Kasm for presentations of my work-in-progress. I can share my screen with participants without putting my browser at risk. The Sharing feature is also useful for remote screen sharing during web conferences or meetings without having to join into a web conference application. The broad range of powerful features of Kasm allows me to interact with the Web without exposing my computer/browser to risks such as malware or phishing attacks and data loss during a system crash.

As a VDI engineer, one of the most challenging tasks for me is creating images. The process of creating an image using Kasm is done as code. Using devops practice to create a base/golden image can reduce management overhead, because future updates will not require you to reinstall applications or reconfigure settings in the operating system. Using the base image in the code also allows for team collaboration, because everyone on my team can view the work done in the golden image line by line, instead of relying on SMB or application owners to share information about how to install specific applications information. I have implemented different VDI solutions in this field for more than 15 years, and Kasm is the most innovative solution because they are using containers.

Because the technology is based on Linux, it is impossible to run some Windows applications, but I hope this situation will change in the near future, because most applications are web-based and are now developed for different operating systems of.

I haven't spent a TON of time with this application, but I do think that it both has potential and is already amazing even in its current state. I would love to see where it goes in the future!

I love the compatibility on mobile! Personally I have not even used it on desktop, but I never have had to! It just seems to work with nearly no problems at all on my iPhone 11 using Safari.

In addition to the compatibility, I also love the amount of functions. There are so many useful things, including an on-screen keyboard, audio support that goes BOTH WAYS (mic & speaker), and file managing tools.

In terms of pricing, they offer a free community edition, kinda like IntelliJ IDEA. I LOVE this because it allows individuals to use the service and see what it does as well as experience much of the functionality without a large cost.

The ONLY issue I noticed was that microphone support on iOS does not seem to work at all, which is minor in the grand scheme of things.

Using and setting up Kasm is a very easy and amazing experience. I would strongly recommend trying Kasm, it's a great product.

Multitude of different apps to choose and use, deployable to different regions. Super easy to use and deploy with a very intuitive and easy design! Never had to use their support so I am only rating them as 3.

Would be good to have Different versions of Windows as well, i know this can be quite tricky with licencing however!
